100% awful product and returns
This item was broken so I have returned it and the return process with Hermes is absolutely shocking too

Rubbish
Terrible, same thing happened, my son literally had it for 5 minutes, after working out the instructions the rip cord snapped, complete waste of money!

Power Ripper or Rip Off
My grandson had one for his birthday, however it was difficult to follow the instructions. After a few minutes the rip cord broke in half.Not having much success, his uncle had a go and got it working, but once again the power ripper cord broke. The only thing that we were successful with was getting the units to act as spinners without this Launcher. I can't imagine my grandson having the patience or decterity to get much use from it.
