Real Estate Investing All-in-One for Dummies

I originally checked this book out at my local library. It was full of great content that literally walks you step by step through different aspects of real estate from analyzing a deal, to buying property overseas. They touch on commercial and personal property and everything in between. After reading through the book, I learned so much and realized that this is an amazing reference tool, so I knew it would be beneficial to buy it. Worth every penny if you are new to real estate, want to save money, time and resources and are ready to apply what the experts say. Avoid unnecessary losses and purchase this!
