After I wash my hair it is all tangled and knotted together. I use my conditioner and it helps some although my hair is still very tangled. I have tried so many shampoos and conditioners and have had no luck. Is this the right one for me. I am loosing so much hair from it being so tangled.

The combo of shampoo and conditioner do leave my hair very soft and tangle-free. However, both are very concentrated, so I try to dilute them a bit or its just a waste.

Literally plastic is one of the ingredients. PEG-8 is a micro plastic. Why?

smoothing etc. Unnecessary with the other smoothing ingredients!

Even though I was expecting it to be really good, it wasn't... I would compare it to OGX Brazilian Keratin conditioner, which is the same. Also, it is really hard to wash out the conditioner and my hair was still frizzy, even though I thought it should make my hair smoother. It is still okay to use but I would not recommend to spend that much money when you can buy similar stuff from cheaper brands.
