first 2 weeks it was really good, then people couldnt hear me properly. i thought it was something to do with the IOS so i waited for an update and still it didnt improve much. Is it because i only use one ear piece to talk.. im not sure. if i keep both then you feel really immersed and cant hear much anything of the ambient noise. so for example its dangerous to keep this and walk around.. i feel. Its really impressive in sound reproduction when listening to music.. Sennheiser class. But not impressed with communication, i’ m thinking to buy the cheaper CX series for this. I have been using the brilliant Momentum free for about 6 yrs and gifted it to someone special. Is there any Sennheiser support reading this please comment/help... its not cheap so please be considerate.. so that people like me keep buying Sennheiser.

If you store the item for over 4 weeks without charging. The buds do not work. If you try to recharge it does NOT work. If you request for an invoice for the item in order to get assistance on how to fix them , you are informed there are no invoices. This product has 48 months warranty however without this invoice they are unable to assist you to get them fixed under warranty . Very disappointed

This is the second pair DOA - dead on arrival. I kept it on charge for 5 hours and buds won't start. Cradle detects them but it is not powerful enough to start them...

I purchased these earphones in April and on the 1st of October they stopped working. When I contacted Amazon they said there is NO warranty on "Global Items". In other words I paid over $200 for a dud item which is now worthless and cannot be fixed! This is an absolute joke and I would be very cautious in the future when purchasing something from Amazon!

Unboxing ----------- The box is an all cardboard affair - nice to see companies moving away from plastic trash since most of the time any case/box is trash. Comes with a usb A > C cable (10cm) 3x Sets of ear tips (XS/S/L) with mediums pre-fitted as normal 3x Sets of ear fins / wings (Flush/Small/Large) Loads of paperwork and a quick start guide The buds come packages inside the lovely material covered charging case, which supports USB-C and Qi wireless charging. The case has a satisfying solid feel to it and the lid holds closed via a reasonably strong magnet Initial Pairing, fitting and use ---------------------------------- Taking the buds from their case they immediately go into pairing mode as is fairly typical and showed up straight away on my S23 and paired as expected. I opened up the Sennheiser app which i'd downloaded and it offered a firmware update, the update seemed to lift the version quite a lot so worth doing. The update needs the buds removed from the case so would recommend making sure they've got 50%+ battery and even though the app said 20 minutes to do, i'd say all told it was closer to 10m. The app unlocks a variety of options: EQ (both old fashion sliders of low/mid/high) and a personalised EQ option in which you select the sound balance you like of a series of music it plays. ANC modes in which you have just anti-wind, full on or off. The ANC here seems very solid and much better than previous products i've used Customise buttons - pick how you want touches / controls to be interpreted Transparancy Mode - letting you hear what's going on either with or without music Sound Zones - Setting EQ/ANC and other settings based on a geo-fenced location. So if you regularly commute or whatever you can set a different bunch of settings for the train vs office vs home etc Fit Test - Plays a bunch of sounds to check how well you've got the earbuds sealed/seated in order to maximise the music. The app / controls all seem responsive and work well. No issues here Impressions on sound / fit / feel ------------------------------------- I used the XS tips + Large wings and the buds sit securely in my ears (a major problem i have with TWS is getting them to feel like they won't fall out every 2 minutes) The sound stage feels wider than most IEM's i've used. Doesn't feel like it's just inside your head but a little wider. No open-back headphones wide but good for In-ears. The sound itself is rich leaning towards warm but only slightly. The default sound without EQ is perfectly fine. The bass is full and pleasant without making anything muddy. The drivers handle the full range well. There's bass-boost if you need more bass but i found that made the sound feel a little duller. It worked better when using EQ sliders. The treble is defined and present without sibiliance The fit in my ears is tremendously comfortable. They're snug without putting any pressure on the antihelix which a lot do and causes fatigue on that part. The wings sit snugly in the cymba concha but again are very soft silicone so provide a degree of stability without pressure. I can definitely shake my head vigourously without the buds working loose and they're sitting here without feeling like i need to adjust them every 2 minutes. I reckon i could easily sit all day with these on Overall ====== Total winner for me. Very happy customer. Will be keeping these as a daily driver for a long long time.

I gave it a little bit of time in order to pick up all the subtle changes and I can really appreciate the fact that Sennheiser has worked out all the kinks and made these the best version of Momentum Wireless earbuds. They have thoroughly perfected the previous version’s shortcomings. Who needs these? - An Audiophile who hates the “flat” and “real”sounding Audio Technicas and wants her/his music to be Trashy at times with rumbling bass on demand. (Hint: App that controls sound preferences) - An Apple user, who has elevated taste and will never be caught dead using a pair of AirPods Pro because that’s just a basic poser’s earphone who is trying to prove that they are way too busy for world problems and making “money moves.” -An Android user, who wants to prove to the world that they have good taste in gadgets and if Apple products were as good as they are advertised: they’d buy it. It’s simple logic, good things should not necessarily be expensive. A clearly evident exception though are these earbuds: Momentums are worth the price tag. - Someone who is not stuck to one Genre of music and have no qualms using an app for customising preferences according to different genres of music. Why this price tag? As your well wisher, let me tell you that if you are a little short on money, there are cheaper truly wireless earbuds alternatives to these. Boats, Skullcandy, Jabra offer really good alternatives. Hell.. I just bought Amazon basics earbuds for ₹999 and they are really good too. You can check them out. So… why are people buying these? Well, technology has come such a long way that little new developments by big companies like touch sensitivity, app support, better bluetooth connectivity are considered substantial improvements. This happens because once a new technology comes to the market substantial improvements to it are as challenging as reinventing the wheel. How can you perfect an already established piece of tech, it can be quite challenging tackling that question at times given that most of these gadgets are a perfected versions of their predecessors( id est. wired earphones- Bluetooth earphones-truly wireless earbuds). I digress. Momentum TW 1 was really good. It had all the best features but it was chunky and there was an automatic battery drainage issue. There were connectivity problems too. The app was good but it was not seamless. MTW 2 had similar problems but they were better. MTW3 have been redesigned. The earbuds are not as chunky as its previous counterparts. But a friend with small ears had mild discomfort after putting them on for about 15 mins. Bose earphones, Sony wf 1000xms, and Momentums have similar size problems. (Wink* bigger is not always better *Wink) The app is really good. I love it! It still lags a bit but the fact that it shows the battery info of the case and the earbuds, has presets and music customisation, earbuds software update availability, noise cancellation, and transparency features: it adds greatly to the user experience. Touch sensitivity is great on these, they have no battery drainage issues, and a better 7 hours battery than the standard 5-6 hours. The connectivity is strong at a distance of 100 metres but it starts disconnecting I f there are walls in between. I love the fabric design of the case that has been consistent with the previous versions. It feels premium. They deserve the tag of flagship earbuds and stand strong next to Bose, Beats, Audio Technica, Apple, Marshall, Bowers And Wilkins, Bang And Olufsen, and V-Moda. It’s a steal at 15k price mark (I gave it 5 stars for that reason) and I strongly recommend it. P.S. all of the brands I have mentioned have pretty good earbuds. Check and compare them as well. They offer fun alternatives.

音質、ノイキャン、タッチカスタマイズ最高です。 評価が下がらないレベルの不満は、 風切りノイズ除去でノイキャンが弱くなること、 ヒアスルー時には風切り音の除去が使用できないことと、 ケースのくぼみが小さくイヤーピースの選択肢が限られることでしょうか。 改善してほしいレベルなのは、アプリで電池残量を確認しようとすると、 ケースの場合、イヤホンを繋いでいて、かつケースの蓋が開いている時しか確認出来ないこと、 イヤホンは片方ずつの電池残量が表示されないこと、稀に片方ずつ表示されるのですが、大体は両方の平均なので、片方100％で片方10％以下で充電不可でも60％と表示されること（コレで充電不可で修理に出したので） 以下使用状況 2022/9/17 より使用開始。 2023/6/1 左イヤホンより音が出なくなり、アプリで確認すると充電10%以下の表示。 充電不可の為、問い合わせフォームにある手順にて初期化、ソフトリセット、清掃、工場出荷状態へリセットを実施。 そもそも充電不可なので手順が実施できているか確認出来ず、問い合わせ。 3週間程経って修理受付可能の返答があり、送り先住所が送られてきたので送付。新品交換。 2025/4月 いつの頃からか接続して3秒程度経った後にクソデカビープ音がなるようになった事に気づいた。 2025/7/10 両イヤホンフル充電から使用で2時間程度で10％以下になる。また、左イヤホンの充電がされにくくなる。ケースにセットして充電マークが出ていても右イヤホンより充電が遅い。また、ケースの充電もqiでは満充電でLEDが消灯する振る舞いをしても満充電にならなくなった。ケーブルではまだ満充電になり、緑LEDが点灯する。 2時間は流石に辛くなってきましたし、充電機会が増える程、左イヤホンが充電不可になる可能性が増えるので、寿命だと思えば良いでしょうか。 弾が良ければ2年弱、悪ければ1年弱といったところです。どちらがきても保証期間には入りますので最低3年弱くらい楽しめるのではないでしょうか。 月1000円と思えば値段以上に楽しませて貰いました。

Die Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 Bluetooth-In-Ear-Ohrhörer haben mich vor allem durch das grandiose Anti-Wind-Noise-Cancelling beeindruckt. Beim Fahrradfahren werden sämtliche Windgeräusche ausgeblendet, was für mich ein entscheidendes Kaufkriterium war. Das normale Noise-Cancelling ist ebenfalls ausreichend, sodass ich in der U-Bahn keine störenden Geräusche wahrnehme, sobald die Musik läuft. Die Tonqualität der Ohrhörer ist hervorragend. Ich besitze zu Hause auch deutlich teurere Kopfhörer und Kopfhörerverstärker wie den Beyerdynamic t5p für den PC und den Beyerdynamic Amiron Wireless für das Heimkino-Feeling. Meine Nachbarn danken es mir sehr. Im Vergleich dazu schneiden die Sennheiser sehr gut ab wenn man bedenkt, dass sie nur einen Bruchteil des Preises kosten. Der Bass ist standardmäßig sogar so drückend, dass ich im Equalizer den Bass von 0 auf -2 reduziert habe. Für Meetings und Telefonate im Büro eignen sich die Ohrhörer ebenfalls hervorragend, da sie eine gute Geräuschisolierung bieten. Im Vergleich zu den Apple EarPods sind sie klanglich definitiv die bessere Wahl. Allerdings ist die zugehörige App eher durchschnittlich. Sie eignet sich zwar für Firmware-Updates, aber die Verbindung ist manchmal zögerlich, und die Funktionen abgesehen vom einmaligen Einrichten des Equalizers sind eher überflüssig. Das mit Stoff bezogene Case ist sehr schön und zerkratzt nicht dank des Stoffbezuges. Jedoch muss man gelegentlich das Case und die Kopfhörer reinigen, da die Ladefunktion sonst nicht immer einwandfrei funktioniert. Nach der Reinigung läuft jedoch alles wieder problemlos. Gelegentliches Reinigen ist vermutlich auch aus anderen Gründen nicht ganz unnütz. Die Passform der Kopfhörer ist bei mir sehr angenehm und verursacht keine Schmerzen, selbst bei längerem Tragen. Leider hatte ich im März 2023 ein Fiepen im linken Kopfhörer bei eingeschaltetem Noise Cancelling. Dank des problemlosen Umtausches über Amazon wurde das Problem jedoch schnell behoben. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 – Bluetooth-In-Ear-Ohrhörern und kann sie aufgrund ihrer erstklassigen Klangqualität, Anti-Wind-Noise-Cancelling und angenehmen Passform wärmstens empfehlen.
