I got this for my brother to teach my niece about dates and the countdown to Christmas as she is only 3 years old and asks every day when is it going to be Christmas. Since she doesn't really understand I thought this might help and also give her a fun thing to look forward to everyday. Start with a blank tree and then add your ornaments each day with a little sweet treat in it for fun for the entire family while teaching all at the same time. The ornaments are made of the same quality stiff felt and are brightly colored so it adds a nice touch to your holiday decorations. The decorations include wrapped presents, ornaments snowflakes, candy canes and stockings with a big and bright yellow star on the top. My niece can't hardly wait to put this up and be able to check it and as she puts it play it each day once December starts. My son turned one last week and my husband and I have gone back and forth on putting up a tree this year. He is just so busy and I know he would try to pull all the lights and ornaments off. I found this and I couldn't be happier. He can pull these ornaments off and on as much as he likes and we don't have to worry about him pulling the tree down on himself! Definitely a must have during the holiday season if you have little ones.

This is a really cute idea and my little one really likes to go pull everything off of the tree. It is very hard to get everything to stick on the tree though so she needs help in doing this.

The pieces stock poorly and are not great. Wouldn't. Uynit again or recommend it.
