Bought this to put into my 82 year old mother's shower. It makes her feel makes her feel more stable and less afraid of slipping in the shower

The mats arrived on time and are just beautiful! They appear to be well made of quality wood and they look great sid by side outside my double doors. I only wish they came in larger sizes, but since they don't I ordered 4 more!

I am using this a bit unconventionally. I wanted a nice wooden mat—that wasn't a cutting board—to place my espresso machine and accessories to allow for airflow and for fallen coffee grounds and easy cleanup. I have to say, I think it looks wonderful!This mat is really well made, it's perfectly balanced and even (no warping), and the color is beautiful. Whether you decide to use it for a bath mat or for something different, I would highly recommend this item. It is a little pricey, but the quality and craftsmanship are noticeable and worth it.

I bought 2 of these to fit a large shower that I built about 5 years ago. Beautiful tile, but a little slippery when wet. These look great and are very secure. I did have to buy some 1/8 inch hard rubber washers and longer stainless steel screws to extend the middle rubber feet to meet the contours of the sloped shower pan to stop the flexing when I stood in the middle of the platform. Now very solid. Time will tell how long they hold up. I suspect they'll need periodic re-oiling of the teak.

I really like my teakwood shower block. I have had to reapply the teakwood oil already so make sure you purchase a can. Other than that, it’s worth what I paid for it

after having the shower mat just over a week and hearing it creak each time i have stood on it, i felt one of the slats come totally loose and another begin to detach. i am under 150 lbs and using this mat only once a day for 10 minutes. i reached out to customer support because i really liked the mat and would rather have resolved the issue and kept the mat however this proved unpleasant. first customer service did not respond for days, then said a service issue had delayed them receiving my message requesting help, and then requested photos and more details so they could perform `a full investigation'into the matter... upon receiving the photos and details that the mat is falling apart, they offered me 5 dollars for the inconvenience. i said that was not an acceptable solution and i would like a refund. they then wrote back a much more curt message saying i bought their mat through amazon and should go there for a refund or replacement. i didnt need that ridiculous goose chase to do that. waste of time and money this whole purchase. i do not recommend this company and or their low quality products.

Upgraded my rating to 5-Stars since they kindly accepted the return of the initial mat that was not the size I ordered, and immediately shipped the correct size to me. ~ This teakwood mat is of high quality and looks beautiful!
