ElecLab 8 Inch 1280x720 Touchscreen Monitor HDMI Capacitive LCD Display Speaker Case for RPI 4B 3B+ 3B 3A+ 2B B+

So far I'm absolutely impressed with this little screen especially for the price ($50). I purchased it to use as a standalone display for my Raspberry Pi as well as a secondary screen for Discord that sits underneath my primary monitor. It works almost perfectly for both of those purposes, the biggest feature that could make it better would be an HDMI input selector, as far as I know there is none.The display itself looks great and text is very readable even with the small size. The touchscreen seems to function adequately when using it with the Pi. The 3D printed case is pretty nice. It's sturdy and gets the job done but you can see in the picture some minor warping of the plastic. Mine also came with lower-profile stands that seem a lot nicer than those pictured in the description. The speakers are there. They don't sound amazing but they function and that's good enough for my needs. The whole kit was packaged nicely and included all the parts needed to connect either a Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3 or 4. Overall I think this was an amazing deal for what's included and I'm glad I went with this screen among all the other options.

I don't have time to upload the photos, but if you see something that looks like a dead pixel on one of these, with the power off, check it under magnification. The first one I received works great, but what I thought was something wrong with the protective film on the display turned out to be a relatively large piece of debris stuck between the outer glass and inner display. This is very noticeable and looks like poor QA. I am returning this one and ordered a replacement... hoping this next one doesn't have any issues because I already wasted three hours of my limited free time on this one.

I use this monitor for Skype... it is just what I needed. This way I don't have to take up space on my other monitors... invariably, I would need to move skype out of the way and it was a pain... now it has it's own little monitor and I put my web cam over top of it and when I talk to someone I'm looking right toward the camera. I'm very happy with the putchase.

Image quality is great and touch screen works like a champ. I flipped one switch because I'm running Fedora workstation on x86 architecture instead of a RPI, connected cables, and bam. The radio in my company vehicle was dying so I made a new one. This screen is the interface I use daily. Buy it. You'll like it.

I used this as a PC monitoring screen and screen saver inside my PC case.
