This is the second one of these bread bins that I have bought from this company. I gave the first one to our son, who took a shine to it! It is a bit expensive, but well worth the price, as it is well built, instructions are excellent, easy to assemble, and takes a decent sized loaf, pastries etc. It would look just right in any kitchen. I,ve been wanting a bread bin for a long time but did not want a tin one. So I was pleased to find a very nice wooden one on Amazon. It was not difficult to assemble and the result was very pleasing. You can get a large loaf in as well as various buns and cakes. Very pleased.

My whole family and I are very pleased with our new bread storage! It came dismantled but was easy enough to put together with the help of the instructions. It can easily hold two loaves of bread, plus some extra bits like rolls, crumpets or crackers. The unit is very strong and sturdy. The doors have a magnetic seal so they won’t swing open on their own. I love the windows on the front, it helps to be able to see what I’ve got before deciding what I need to buy.

The pictures are fairly self-explanatory.It is a flat pack for self assembly. The protective packaging is bubble wrap and foam sheets within a double walled box. The instructions are detailed and accurate. Don't try to ignore them. There are spares included and a screwdriver. I quickly resorted to my better screwdriver but the one included is fine for small hands with good grip.It took 20 minutes to complete without the taking apart again when I heard splitting bamboo as the last middle board screw was going in. Lost a star because the fault turned out to be in manufacture ...the hole was too close to one side and split as the screw bedded in.The lost star also included the missing magnet as shown. It was found caught in the packaging and will be glued in place soon.As you can see the completed bin takes a full sliced loaf on the lower level with room to spare. It will also fit into the upper layer but only on its side. The upper layer is shown with a small stollen, brioche baguette, and six large rolls.The upper door lifts and has magnets to hold it closed. The lower door opens downward but is definitely not suitable to cut bread on. It has a magnetic catch to hold it closed.Unlike many bins I'd looked at this has a solid bamboo back board ...not a flimsy bit of painted hardboard which seems to be the norm.All in all worth the money, especially if that one off centre hole can be corrected.Incidentally , the instructions for 25% off next purchase code offered in the package doesn't work.

I bought one from Amazon on the 1st December. My daughter liked it so much, we have bought another from Amazon for a Christmas present. This arrived yesterday.The item arrived in top condition, extremely well packed. Someone spent some time designing this. Everything was there and superbly marked. There were also extra screws in case one lost one, and even a screwdriver.Unlike so many flat packed items, the instructions were clear, concise, and written in perfect English, on sensible sized paper, and in a type font size that was readable.The instructions were logical, easy to follow, and I managed to construct both units single handed, unlike some other comments I read.The item is sturdy, looks good, and does what it says on the box.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy whilst at the same time looking good. Capacity fine for bread, muffins, croissants etc.and certainly met my needs

This bread box is amazing!It is both functional and beautiful and it has really good quality. Assembly was very easy due to very good instructions and markings. It is worth every penny!
