Bought this has a last minute Christmas gift for my step mom. She thought it was very pretty & I kinda want one for myself. I think the gold color looks very elegant.

I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting to receive an actual crystal pendant. I was thinking it would look more like the fake looking ones that Walmart tries to pass off as amethyst. I was very happily proven wrong. It is also bigger than I had expected and perfect for what I had purchased ut for. It did not come with a chai, which is fine, it was no big deal to run Walmart or the nearest craft and hobby store to purchase the necklace chain that I can measure and cut to the length I want. Overall I am incredibly happy with this purchase and plan to wear it often paired with the necklaces I've made with fossils.The photo attached shows the amethyst pendant with the trilobite and blastoid fossil pendants and earrings I had wire wrapped.

This amethyst stone is beautiful very sturdyBut I was very upset when it came without a chain attached I'm really disappointed I wanted to give this as a gift. But without a chain. I have to spend money to buy one.

It looks really nice but I don’t like how there appears to be a white crack on the crystal. I don’t know if this is purposely like this or because I’m facing a situation where my driver threw my package to my door containing my new espresso machine, and if it actually ended up scratching it

Maybe I should have read specifications but this thing is huge. And the chain is really long. It sits at my sternum. I can literally tuck it into my bra. But it’s still really pretty

Loved the stone and the wiring around it. The chain is a bit long, but luckily I had an extra one that was shorter. Would order again!

I will start by saying this is a very pretty piece. However when I received the necklace the jump clip was not attached to the chain, but instead clipped on the lobster clasp(see photos) an easy fix if you have small enough plyers, but a defect that made it through quality control none the less.Also the chain and wire surounding the stone have a brass hue to them. Not enough for me to bother sending it back as you get what you pay for.

I wish I took a picture, but the rock fell off and was gone within five minutes of putting it on my daughter and we couldn’t find it as we were at the grocery store. This was not an amethyst, and instead a much too large for a necklace purple rock. Very disappointed in this purchase and the gals advertising of the item we received.

First of all, I'm giving this two stars because while I do not regret purchasing this necklace, indeed I would love to be actually able to wear it, I do have some issues with it.Positives of this: I like the shape of the stone, and the wire wrapping is done really well. I definitely planned on wearing this and it looks like it would hold up well normally.The negatives: I would have personally liked more purple, but I understand that it isn't uniform, and the flecks along the bottom of the stone are a little confusing to me. They almost look like dirt baked into the stone itself, again something I understand isn't a uniform thing.The actual problem, however, comes from the neat gouge in the top of the stone. Defect or not, I'm not sure how such a large cut passed Quality Control (if indeed one was done, and whoever wrapped the wire probably should have said this ain't good but ah well) - Everything else that is negative with this I can overlook, except the gouge. I'm worried that wearing it to work, or indeed even around the house, if I catch it on something or knock it into something, that it might shatter. I will most likely be seeking a way to return, hopefully for exchange, this item.

The stone is beautiful but its much smaller than the photo shows. I know this because the chain in the photo is small which gives the illusion of the stone looking large, but the chain I have is much larger and the stone is like half the size as it is in the photo. the color of the amethyst is also much more saturated than the photo shows. I'm buying my necklaces from somewhere else next time.

I love the necklace and how it was packaged but Im extremely disappointed that it didn't have a silver option for a single necklace ... I thought the gold would be fine but now that I actually see it in person I really don't think I will wear it ever because I'm more of a silver fan ... Aside from that everything is amazing. I love the length of the necklace and the size of the crystals .
