Q: Can this be safely used on a soft top convertible?

Not used it for this myself for that as I use the Autoglym soft top cleaning kit, but as it’s PH neutral, it is less likely to do harm, so probably ok to use. Just take care with the force of the pressure washer jet.

Q: Is this product suitable for Matt finish paint vehicles

I have no idea about that but I cannot see any reason why it would make a difference when used on matt or gloss paint.

Q: The directions on the back are all in German. When using the snow lance, how much water to how much snow foam am I meant to use?

Hello, thanks for your question. A UK-purchased bottle shouldn't have German instructions. In terms of using the product, the rule of thumb is 1-inch of snow foam at the bottom of your snow foam lance, with the rest filled up with fresh water. Q: I bougt this 4 months ago but it seems to have "crystalised" in the bottle and is now unusable?

Mine went like that in my garage but bought it inside into a cupboard as cold seems to do that. Think there is a temp range label on it....Otherwise great stuff.
