This is perfect for my small and fairly cluttered counter. We just recently retiled our backsplash and had to remove our magnetic knife holder which had been mounted on the wall. The new tile didn't allow for it to be reattached and this is the perfect substitute - it allows knives to adhere to the sides with magnets and my less attractive/mismatched knives fit in the interior section. And the fact it rotates is just a bonus.

Was looking for a less bulky universal knife block. Being able to put the knives on the outside saves a lot of space. Plus makes everything easily accessible. (With my old ones, getting my larger knives from the back was always a bit tricky. )This takes up less space and fits more knives. There’s more clearance to pull them out. And even with the spinning it takes up less counter space that my previous knife block.And, not as ridiculously expensive as some other magnet knife blocks.Bamboo color works well with my blond cabinets.Only con, the inner part is a bit too loose, some knives will sink in past their haft. Not so deep I can’t retrieve them but they could have used a slightly denser middle.

Very aesthetically pleasing option to showcase your knives. After a few years of having the original block that came with our knives, I wanted to switch out the colour to a wood-look to match other items in our kitchen. This fits right in. It fits many knives, scissors and has a spot for other items as needed.
