Purpose for getting this seat cushion was to keep my thighs happy when riding a TerraTrike Rover. The Rover's seat bar ends were constantly poking the underside of the thighs making riding very uncomfortable when in a laid-back seat position. Purpose of a recumbent trike is the ability to be in a comfortable position - yet was having issues with the design of the seat & seat cover in that one sore spot.Another forum member from TerraTrike suggested this cushion. At first, when riding, the seat elevates me a bit more up until body weight and body temperature slowly bears down on the cushion, then can only notice a slight difference in seat height. Still, the cushion has worked fabulously for the intentions and purposes of what I got it for.This cushion has never once slipped. Have used in the summer, winter, in the rain, and dry conditions. It has stayed on the OEM seat and not moved once. Have ridden for many hours at a time, gone down the Weiser River Trail which is a hard pack Rails to Trails path in Idaho, and many urban areas. I highly recommend this cushion!Would get another for home use if was not for the price.

Got this cushion a couple of days ago to replace an Argstar cushion (also recently purchased) that didn't provide enough support, and was returned.I have a curvature in my lower back that now causes constant discomfort. And I sit all day doing work, which doesn't help!So far this cushion is much better for me - not "squishy" but firm, yet comfortable, with a smaller footprint that supports the bum better. Feel like my posture is much improved while sitting on this one. Also doesn't get as warm as the Argstar cushion.Four stars only because final "verdict" not in till I've had it awhile longer.The company sends a nice note with the shipment as well as an informational card. (Argstar sent nothing.) I appreciate this thoughtfulness.

I'm satisfied with this product. Before purchasing remember that you'll be elevated a few inches when sitting, so make sure you have good knee clearance where you want to be. Good product

Bought one for my computer work. I love it. My wife uses it for quilting. She loves it. Bought one for my step mom. She loves it. It's like a party for your butt.

I sit for 10 hours a day between driving to and from work, then at work. My hips, neck, and back were screaming at me. I bought one of these to try out at my house and it improved my posture and eased some of the pains. I loved it so much so that I bought a second one to keep at my desk at work.

The orthopedic seat cushion in the photo above is fantastic! (Please note that the photo does not match the item description, which is ‘Gold Collagen Eye Mask!). The seat cushion helps my posture and my sciatica greatly.

Ok, I can't say enough about this cushion!! It's Incredibly comfortable and snug. My Butt and tailbone started to hurt and I was even in pain when I would get up off the seat. I spend a lot of time working at the computer. So, I'm like 120 lbs But I've also read people 300 bs have used this and I believe it.. Lets be realistic here, All Memory foam has a shelf life of several years only, but its well worth it and affordable. Thank You Perfect Posture!

Its great. I have back pain, degeneration and painful sciatica on one side. I sit a fair bit either at the computer or in my car/on train and this cushion is perfect for supporting me and taking pressure off my sciatic nerve. Its quite firm, thick and very supportive. Recommend it.
