Worked great on my '76 Trans Am with 400 motor.
No issues, good consistent psi readings at the gauge now.

Worked great on my 70's era Pontiac engine
Worked great on my 70's era Pontiac engine. Replaced the old one that was reading 0 when the engine got hot. This one has been working great for a couple months.

Does not read low pressures correctly --cuts out below 20psi
I installed this in my old GM 6.2L diesel. It works fine at mid and high pressures, like 40-60psi. It drops off and stops reading just below 20psi, so it's worthless to me, since my hot idle oil pressure is around 18psi. I bench tested this unit. Its resistance reading drops sharply from 24 ohms to zero at the low end, which explains why it's not reading correctly.

Two Stars
It's larger than the stock oil pressure sender, so it doesn't fit in the stock location on my vehicle.
