I like to be able to take a variety of pies to outings, Being able to use these pie molds makes it easy and fun.

These have been fun for my kids and I to use to make various hand pies. It can be a little messy, having little ones involved, but they still turn out and they're proud of their work. Like with shaped sandwich cutters, you do have to press down some to get the cut to go through.

It did not give great info on how to use the items for best results so they were all different sizes and we had to do a lot to make them work.They were sturdy and well made and maybe with some practice easier to use.

Although these are adorable and do have a solid die cut for the back of the pie, the front die is very intricate and the required dome shape (to allow for the pie filling) prevents the 7 center vent holes from cutting entirely through the dough. Ie: the dept of the center holes isn't deep enough. So unless you have ample time available to hand cut those vent holes out, I would not recommend these. So disappointed because they really are adorable!
