Looks great better than plastic ones, nice quality, bought nearly new and it was just as good no marks just like new.

Really good and is suitable with or without a lamp shade. It can be fully adjusted without any modification or cutting of the cable. I have it set to about 5” and the excess is just neatly wrapped inside the part which attaches to the ceiling. The cables coming out of my ceiling were a little sort so I added an extension of the live, neutral, earth with a connection block. Was easy to fit as there is a lot of room for the cables and wires.

We did have to take out the plastic ring on the pendant lamp to get this to fit as it was a couple of millimetres larger than the lamp fitting. looks good now its up.

I've already bought three of these so needed a pendant for my bedroom so went straight to this again, really good quality, you can shorten to your needs and the braided grey cord matches any décor, and the brushed satin silver looks very nice.I highly recommend at this price.

My friend fitted these and had to buy a little junction box to install. Otherwise great product. Looks fantastic, ecactly like the picture. Very pleased with this.

The product is excellent, but unfortunately marred by the very poor plastic locking screw and power cord holder.I bought three units. The first unit was perfect other than a bad scratch mark on the locking nut attached to the ceiling rose (image not shown).The second unit had a serious issue or defect as the plastic locking screw disintegrated as soon as you try to untighten it to change the length of the cord as shown in the photo. Lucky for me I had some spare metal grub screws to replace the broken plastic screw. I had toslowly chip away at the plastic screw until eventually the metal replacement screwed in securely in place.The third until had a related issue. After untightening the power cord locking screw the clear plastic collar disintegrated and fell apart :( In this case, there was nothing else I could do other than to use the split collar as is. Luckily power cord held together despite this issue.Overall, the pendant lamp holder is of good build quality, great colour and finish except for the obvious weakness associated with the black plastic locking screw. The manufacturer should have used metal grub screw and a stronger locking collar to hold the power cord in place.The power connectors and overall design of the product is excellent.After some persistence, I managed to finished the job with satisfaction.What as ashame to an otherwise great product :(
