No Installation Service. Fan blades are made of plastic which looks chip.
Installation service not provided. After 7 days a technician came & demanded Rs. 300/- for removal of old fan. My technician removes old fan & installs new fan charging Rs. 250/- only.

Poor quality
Not worth for 15000. Came with a damaged remote hence returned. Replacement fan also came with same quality of remote. Then realized it's not damaged remote, their quality is like that.

Less air compare to similar product
Less air delivery compared to similar product. Light is not bright at all for 16x16 room. The main purpose of me buying this product is not solved. No value for the money paid. Remote control is not a good quality.

Fan is not 1400mm as mentioned actually it is 1320mm

Very disappointed with the fan.. Less air delivery.At Speed 5, i.e Max Speed, Air Throw is equal to Speed 1 in normal Fans. Don’t Buy it if you want room to have air flow, it’s meant only as a show piece Kuhl Doesn’t know how to make a fan for cooling Purposes. Light is not bright at all .. No value for the money paid.
