Defective Product Supplied and Replacement requestis not executed
The Product is not working as per the specification. The output voltage output at all setting steps namely 3V, 6V, 7.5V and 9V remains same. It seems the QC is not done on the product prior to dispatch. The Replacement ordered against defective piece is not executed by party.

The output voltage of the unit is not varying as per the claims of the manufacturer.Found that minimum voltage was about 8 volts, compared to 1.5 volts that has been mentioned on the unit !!And also, maximum voltage was about 15 volts, compared to 12 volts that has been mentioned on the unit !!
