I was an air condition mechanic for years and we actually used these filters as replacements. When I saw these on Amazon I jumped on them because pleated filters are pricey so these were a good price. I would recommend these filters to anyone they are good filters at a real good price.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I have 4 of my own dogs, board 2-4 additional dogs, as well as live in Arizona in an extremely dusty area.These air filters do the job of trapping dust and allergens without any issues, but don't really stand out in any way. The MERV 11 rating provides decent filtration. Installation into my furnace was easy enough. They seem adequately durable and haven't required frequent changes. However, I didn't notice a major difference in air quality compared to cheaper filters. They're maybe a bit quieter. For the price, they work fine, but I'm not sure I'd purchase again when there are comparable lower cost options.

Worked out great for my air filter.

Great quality filters, they are fluffy and definitely held more dust than a normal filter. It lasted me longer than a normal filter as well, I wish the edges were more sturdy, the ac units are very particular and the size is exact to the unit so it bends and gets all messed up trying to wedge it into the unit. It is thicker than normal filter and its performance is definitely better than a normal filter.
