Very good pressure cooker. Almost silent when in use and the cooking times are good. I only gave it 4 stars because the pressure knob is made of cheap plastic and is starting to show signs of wear already...after about a month. This lets the over all quality (which is very good) down.

I bought this pressure cooker specifically for making broth, and I only wish I had done it sooner! It’s a total game-changer. I can make gelatin-rich chicken broth from a chicken carcass in just 1 hour and 15 to 30 minutes—something that used to take all day on the stovetop. If you buy a faulty product that leaks or the cap explodes off, the seller here will not take any accountability, they will tell you to get in touch with a different company and keep sending you information on your consumer rights. I think this seller should be removed from amazon for fraud and their faulty equipment. Do not get this pressure cooker, it will explode in your kitchen because the knob/dial is not sturdy enough for pressure cooking. Ive used the product about 5 times before the lid exploded. And it has leaked since the first time. I dont think it seals properly. Pressure cooking isn't worth being cheap on, their price beats everyone else for a reason. Bad customer service and poor quality.
