I use it with this Lovense model, so I believe the answer is yes!

Will this fit on the Hismith klickloc?

No it is not the same as kliclock. This adapter fits a standard air compressor fitting.

I have the hugher tango tw-11 f machine. Is this compatible with my machine and vaculock toys?

The photos of the tango show a threaded male rod end with a female threaded vaculock as standard. You'd need to get the threads to a female air connector before you can use this. Worth asking the manufacturer.

Can the air connector be removed from the adapter itself?

I don't believe so. It seems pretty solidly paired together.
