We’ve bought two sets of these for our home and have recommended it to others because of how well they work. The bulbs last quite a while and the pads are easy to replace, you can get refills for both easily and cheaply. They catch a ton of bugs, not just fleas! We live in Florida with 7 cats that go in/out so doors are open often. We get fleas, sugar ants, fruit flies, house flies, tiny moths, spiders, mosquitoes, and even a few poor lizards and one tiny wayward rat snake. I’ve only had to replace one unit so far because the lightbulb got knocked askew and melted through the glue disc and the bottom plastic. So do be careful the bulbs get HOT!

I have two cats and a small dog, every year in spring its fight the fleas time. I have tried flea collars, sprays and bug bombs, they all work for a day or two, then loose their effectiveness. These glue traps, they don't stop, 24 7 they are killing fleas. I bought a two pack to try them out, after one day, seeing how many fleas they caught, I was sold, ordered another two pack. The traps have eliminated 95% of the fleas in my home. They are small enough to not be in the way, no smell, easy to relocate to where you have a problem and like I said, they work round the clock. They are a great value when you consider they will last you a long time. If you have a flea problem, I would recommend you give these traps a try, you will be amazed.

Nice and simple

So far, so good. I deducted a star because the bulbs they use are unnecessarily fragile. They send 4 replacement bulbs. I have gone through two, just by accidentally knocking it from the couch to the floor, a fall of 12". In 24 hours, they've caught about 15 fleas between the two of them. I kept them off the first night, and they still caught a few through dumb luck. I do question whether they are a fire hazard. If you had a big dog that stepped on it (they seem solid-ish at first touch, even though they are plastic and would collapse under the weight of something heavier than most cats), or a child that played with it, it seems like you'd have 110 volts at the wires. And there seems to be no breaker type device inline in the plug. I saw one review that said the cords were too short. These are 6', which is fine for my home.
