Walking Stick Wrist Strap - Corded

Seemed like a good idea at time of purchasing a new stick as it did not have one already insitu - what a let down its impossible to to stretch the elastic over the handle (which seemed the obvious way ) ended up having to with great force remove the end ferrule and slide it on that way even that was very hard going - if you have any kind of weakness in your hands and dont have someone to help you I would seriously think twice before purchasing thisI have other sticks that came with strap and they all come off with ease to go on another stick ( I colour co-ordinate my sticks with outfit of choice on the day)Amazon suggested buying this with stick I had chosen!!

This was for a NHS walking stick, I had trouble putting it on. Then after a couple of days noticed that it was coming to pieces. As we were in Austria I had no option but to try and sew it to keep it together. So I would not buy this item again.

Bought for my mom, so she can let go of walking stick without it dropping to the floor and then having to struggle to pick it up. The actual strap seems good, however the bit that fits around walking stick doesn't appear to be very strong. Time will tell though and it hasnt broken yet so maybe looks are deceptive.

After 2 outings all I have left is a piece of tatty elastic cord. Clearly an issue with quality control as I am not the only one to have had this problem. Why does the seller keep turning out rubbish? Probably because there are enough mugs to keep buying it.

Wouldn’t be without this wrist strap- it means that you can open gates without dropping your stick.The strap ensures that you don’t need to bend down to pick up a stick - invaluable for those with back problems.

How on earth do I attach this to my walking stick.It doesn’t go over the handle it doesn’t open up either.No good I’m afraid.

the rubber band broke off within 1 hour. bad stitching and bad rubber band. refunded on the spot

very handy as missed having strap as always dropping stick, no excuse now for leaving behind.
