I was thrilled when I first saw Your Brave Song, Ann Voskamp’s new children’s book. With just one glance at the title and the beautiful cover, I knew I’d need to get this story. And although I had high expectations for this one, the book exceeded them all.Not only is the story both sweet and strong, but the illustrations are also truly delightful. And above all, the message is powerful and lasting.And as I read it, I couldn’t help but think how wonderful it would be if every child had this melody singing in their heart–every single child. What a difference it might make in our world.Five stars. Highly recommended.

This children's book by Ann Voscamp is a gem. I have another book by Anne and I love her poetic writing. Your Brave Song, as Ann herself says in the story, will "wrap you in a hug as warm as the sun." Una, the little girl in the story is lost in the fog and does not know which way to go. Her mama encourages her telling her she has "big things ahead of her." As Ann says, "Sometimes mamas can read your heart like and open story book." And so Ann wraps us in a hug of hope as Una learns to believe in herself and find her path. I did not choose an appropriate reading age as wisdom like this is timeless.

We ordered this for our granddaughter who is almost 2 and lives across the US from us. She absolutely loves it! Her mama said it is beautifully illustrated and the story so wonderful! We will be ordering more Brave books for her to enjoy in the future!I have always loved Ann Voskamp’s writing, so I knew it would be wonderful!

Love the book, but the free gifts that were promised with the pre-order did not arrive with the book. When I contacted Amazon they said they were only responsible for sending the book. Ordered from author's website link which led me directly to Amazon. Very difficult to find any contact info from the original website. I did find one email address (on another page) and have reached out to find out if they will be sending the free gifts separately or ?? The add-ons were really cool and a significant part of why I was ordering the book. Anyway, hate to complain because I LOVE this author, subscribe to her blog, etc. -- but I imagine I won't be the only person who will be looking for the rest of their order.

Such a special message to boost your child’s confidence. A strong resource of feeling special because Jesus love, strength & belonging to Him makes your brave. As an adult this gives us a touching message to trust in His care with a world that is in turmoil. I bought 5 copies to share as gifts!!!! For baby showers up to age 4. They can grow into it. Singing the message as a bedtime or reading time! They will love that.

This book is a gift to the world! The words & illustrations flow beautifully providing the answer to fear❤️

Ann Voskamp is one of my favorites! My grandchild loved it! Her Mom had just spoken to her about being brave!

Your Brave Song is a beautiful book. The cover, the illustrations, and the message are unique and lovely. As a nature lover, I appreciated the outdoorsy setting of this children's story. And I especially loved the way the protagonist found her own beautiful way of fitting in somewhere. I won't spoil the ending by sharing the unique conclusion. Let's just say we all need to tap into our brave song when we don't fit in a traditional setting.
