We got the dino. Yes it is small, but it is cute and perfect for a smash cake. The only thing I didn't like was not having directions (which I will explain) & that there are a few sections that are flimsy.As for the directions, I did not need directions on how to bake the cake but would have liked to know how full to fill the mold. Also, it would have been nice to specify if you should spray the mold or not (I lightly sprayed after heavy research). Lastly, just some info that you should follow the directions for the cake and watch constantly for it to be done.Give some explanation on why the info says to use less grease. Because I didn't and don't understand why it would say that unless we didn't have to spray the mold.

I did a trial run before making cake for my granddaughter….first time did not spray enough Pam and part of cake stuck. Also with first cake cook filled pan too much and it over flowed. I had put it on a cookie sheet and baked at 325. Second one sprayed well with Pam, baked at 350 and did not use a cookie sheet. Part of batter came out not because it overflowed, maybe my oven is not level.

We bought this pan to use for a smash cake for my nephew's first birthday. Nothing stuck to the pan! The shape and detail of the puppy face/body/paws was perfect. Fair warning ... we had never used a silicone pan before and baking instructions were not included. Adding an extra 5 to 10 minutes to the max baking time was needed for the cake. Otherwise everything turned out great!

This pan is very small and the neck comes out so thin that it breaks. It comes out great because of the silicone, but the design width of the neck is too small. The pan dimensions were much smaller than I realized so my mother-in-law doubled up the dinosaur cake and ran skewers through to try to prop it up so that we could do a larger cake on bottom. I do NOT recommend trying to prop it up though bc then the nose part fell off bc it was too heavy and it all started to slope. If you want a VERY small cake for a smash cake then this will be good, or if you want to lay it flaton a sheet cake that might work. Cute design but needs to be bigger.

Came out of the pan perfectly. The kids had fun decorating. Coming up with new ideas for the kids is so hard. This Wonderful pan allowed the kids to be creative

My puppy and I loved the puppy cake pan. The cake came out perfect, and came out if the pan easily.

This is a really cute little mold. It holds half a cake mix. I'm using this little guy a the smash cake for my nephew's first birthday.

Got this for my sons first birthday smash cake.First time every making a non traditional cake and decorating with actually decorating tools.This pan was easy to use however because of the shape the bottoms filled with batter quicker then the top but was not really an issue. Also you do not need cooking spray the silicone makes it easy to get the cake out.

The neck design of the dinosaur mold makes it impossible to get the cake out of the mold WITHOUT BREAKING YOUR CAKE. I am a professional baker & have used silicone molds before. If I can't do it YOU won't be able to!! Also the mold is made of VERY THIN silicone which led to burning of my cake. I had put mold on a heavy baking sheet to prevent burning and for ease of handling. No instructions are included for baking, temperature & care. Beware: expensive, won't buy ever again!!!

I tried making a cake with this mold. i oiled the mold before adding the cake mix and then baked for 40 minutes at 350 deg F. Cake completely stuck to mold surface rendering it useless. Also, difficult and lengthy cleanup of the mold afterwards. Do not recommend.
