Not sure
Just started using this. I've yet to find a way to use it. Tried mixing it with various foods on toast for breakfast, tried putting a spoonful in juice. But I've yet to find a way to take it that works, that does not leave it in the bottom of a glass, or all stuck to the inside of my mouth.

Quality organic flaxseed powder.
I was pleased to try this 'Golden Flaxseed Powder (Linseed Powder) 400gr - Cold Pressed and Fat Reduced Milled Flaxseed Flour - 100% Organic Vegan & Gluten-Free'.1. You get a branded pouch, that will stand up on its own, with 400 grams of finely milled organic flaxseed. You tear off the top part and then can reclose with the plastic seals inside the pouch.2. I like that it is organic and full of fibre, with Omega 3 and 6. I add it to my natural yogurt for breakfast. It has a tasty, nutty sort of flavour and mixes in well.3. Each 100 grams contains 294 calories, 36.90g protein, 2.9g carbs, 2.7g sugars, 7.2g fat, 0.15g salt and 34.9g dietary fibre. So, high in protein and dietary fibre yet low in sugars, carbs, fat and salt.4. It is made in the EU and is vegan suitable and gmo and gluten free. It does not contain preservatives or additives. The allergy advice states 'may contain tree nuts, mustard seed and sesame seeds'. The best before date on my packet is 30.11.2023.5. The current price of £8.49 is fine, in my opinion, for this 400g of quality organic flaxseed powder that will last a long time.

A bit expensive for what it is
It was horrible on my cereal, throw it out, have gotten the seeds instead. Not over keen on the taste but its supposed to be healthy and good with menopause .

Healthy nutrient.
The media could not be loaded. Flaxseed is commonly used to improve digestive health or relieve constipation. May also help lower total blood cholesterol and low desntity lipoprotein LDL, or bad cholesterol levels, which may help reduce the risk of heart disease. This has been proven in many studies. This powder form is very dry on the mouth and sticks to the inside walls of my mouth, it is best used in protein shakes, smoothies, and cereal or the like mixed in a baking recipe. I tried it on fruit raw and that was a mistake, stuck to the inside of my mouth. There is no direction of how much to use on the packet. I personally use 1-2 heaped teaspoons or 1 tablespoon a day in the desired shake or cereal for the health benefits.Warning may contain- Tree nuts, mustard seeds, and sesame seeds. It tastes like flaxseed, but in powder form so it's better as a mixer.

Flaxseed or Linseed
Flaxseed is the same as Linseed. I make up a combination of Linseed, Sunflower seeds and Almonds (LSA) in the ratio of 3:2:1, as it is supposed to be good for a variety of health issues; I take it for my liver. You can sprinkle a bit on whatever you want but I pop some on my tuna, sauerkraut and mayo that I have daily for health benefits. You'd think that it would be dry, with it being a powder, but it isn't, it adds moisture to my food without changing the taste. I love it and miss it if I have to go without.Usually I get the seeds from the supermarket, but I have to grind them up into a powder, with this one the work is already done for me, so that's great. Almonds usually come ground up, so the only thing I need to grind up this time are the sunflower seeds, so that saves a lot of time and effort.I actually didn't know that you could get this already ground up, but I'll be looking for it in future.
