I purchased the SP Silicon Power 128GB microSDXC card just six months ago, and it stopped working last week. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times via email regarding a replacement, but haven’t received any response or even an acknowledgment. I also tried calling the Delhi service partner, Supertron Electronics Pvt Ltd, but got no resolution or meaningful assistance. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a failed product and then be met with complete silence from both the company and its authorized service partner. I expected better reliability and customer service. Very disappointed.

This memory card is great, but it took 3 weeks to even ship. No tracking info and status said shopped so I could not even cancel it, ended up buying a different one which came in 2 days like this was supposed to. Would have got 5 stars otherwise.
