Great value and good sound for a beginners instrument. Fun and funky, but a real instrument nonetheless, my daughter has barely put it down! Tip: buy with a simple clip on tuner and spare set of strings. You might consider buying a padded case as well as the one that comes with it is ok, but basic.

Never had a uke before, but I play guitar and thought this would be fun and I wasn't wrong. Firstly it is SOOOOO cute. Everybody smiles when they see it. Tonaly it seems fine. I imagine a more expensive one might sound better but I think it sounds good. It is well built and keeps tune well (once the strings have stopped stretching, which I'd expect). It stays in tune down to the last fret too which isn't always true of cheap instruments. I would definitely recommend.

The Ukulele states that it comes with a free download e-book but there is no instructions on where to download it from - was expecting a link but no instructions in the box. Other than that, looks like a good starter ukulele.

I was given one of these by my mother-in-law for Christmas. Although it looks like a toy it is perfectly playable, the machine heads are good & after a bit of string stretching it stays in tune well. The tone is good & it is very loud, making it ideal to accompany groups of children singing. The intonation is quite good provided you stay in first position most of the time. I bought this one to replace the original which I had taken to Ethiopia & ended up giving to someone there!

Got his as a Christmas present. Was not the make I asked for as in the past mahalo ukes have had issues with staying in tune. Not this one. With it's sunshine yellow colour and it's happy smiling face it cheers you up straight from the box. Even the machine heads are shaped like dolphins! Easy to play, I'm off to practice and annoy my parents:)

When the item arrived I was expecting a toy like, erm NOT! the quality of this item is amazing, so much so that every time my little one is using I'm watching in case she drops it lol so I can catch it, really good quality, well made!!!

Suona bene! E' robusto! E' simpaticissimo! Con la chicca di avere le meccaniche in metallo a forma di delfini!!! Cosa volere di più? Dopo tutto è uno degli strumenti più belli del mondo. E GUAI A CHI DICE CHE CON L'UKULELE NON CI SI PUò SUONARE NULLA!!!! TUTTO SI PUò FARE. Entra anche nello zaino. Portato nei boschi per due giorni senza prender nemmeno troppo spazio! Ottimooooo Super felice. Consiglio l'acquisto! Fidatevi, suona benissimo.

The nicest thing out there. The second string does buzz and I would suggest you buy high quality strings along with this product. Other than that guys, this product is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Just replace the strings and you'll be good to go. It's good as any other ukelele out there.
