Great quality - I wish I had a case like this years ago!
I bought the Large case, and boy am I glad I did! I’ve got it almost filled to capacity by purchasing 12 packs of batteries to fill it. Everything is now neat, tidy, organized, and (drumroll please.....) IN ONE LOCATION! No more searching through the kitchen junk drawer, or my desk drawer, or the cabinets, or “borrowing” some AA or AAA batteries from a remote that I need on something else. No sir! Now that I have this awesome case, I know exactly where my batteries are and I know that I’m fully stocked and if I ever have any question about whether or not a battery being used in a device needs changing or not, I just pop the battery(ies) out and put them in the included battery tester. It just takes a second and you’ll instantly whether the battery is good or bad. There is one thing I should point out because I didn’t see it anywhere else in the reviews. When you receive this product, when you unzip and open the case up for the first time, you will learn that all of those holes that the batteries fit neatly into———well, they’re not holes yet! The company obviously uses a machine that cuts all of the holes for all of the batteries and the battery tester. However, they do NOT remove the foam! So you have to hand-remove every piece of foam from every opening. You don’t have to cut any holes or anything because it comes pre-cut - I’m simply saying that they cut the holes just fine, but they leave it to YOU to pull out all of the foam. It takes about 15 minutes and at the end, you have a huge pile of round foam pieces. There’s nothing I could think of to do with them, so I just threw them away. But since nobody else has mentioned this, I wonder if I’m the only one who got a case like this with all of the foam still intact (but cut), or if they send all of their cases out like that but nobody has said anything yet. I don’t know the answer to that, but I’m just letting you know. As far as I’m concerned, it’s NOT a deal-breaker because it’s a one-time thing that’s sort of a nuisance, but once you’re done it and then placed your batteries in the case, you’ll be very happy! I can’t tell you how nice it is to have this case now. I’ve only wanted something like this for 35 years, what’s the rush? LOL I am very happy with the purchase, and I would say that it’s better than expected. The case is very high quality, the zipper is not a cheap one—-it’s made well and is solid. Get one and see for yourself how much easier it makes thing in your life when it comes to batteries. The one case is all you need, and having the battery tester is awesome!

Good Organizer
I'm convinced a battery organizer is something everyone needs! I really liked this one because of the foam inserts, it holds each individual battery in place. An old battery case I had was made of plastic and it worked fine but it was noisy when moved and the batteries didn't always stay where they were supposed to. This is a great case for the money, its very sturdy and has a place for any battery you would need. It has a handle which helps you carry the case if it gets weighed down. Great alternative to storing batteries in the junk drawer!

Perfect—all size batteries “ever-ready!”
Great battery storage! I bought two, filled them up and gave them to a family member for a pretty generous birthday gift. They were a big hit! The container is sturdy, about the size of a brief case you could carry to work. It is compact for easy storage (big issue), has a good, strong handle for lifting or sliding in and out of any tight storage area, and has extra pockets in the top for hearing aid batteries, instruction manuals, or anything fairly flat, roomy enough to fit some extras of the AA or AAA size too. As other reviewers mentioned, it was sort of a “pain in the neck” to remove all those little foam pieces; but I tried to think of it as therapeutic...or an extra act of love for the recipient! It really wasn’t a big deal—took only a couple of minutes and reminded me happily that this was a new, fresh, unused case. The foam inserts can be used for some future packing need if you don’t want to waste them. After filling up my gift, I liked it so much that I went back and ordered one for myself! When full, it’s pretty heavy. However, it stores so compactly in my very small house that I just slide it in and out of a narrow space next to my desk and lay it out flat to access the contents so I rarely have to lift It. So easy to see when you’re running low on one size too. This is an ingenious invention! Batteries stay fresh and dry in a sturdy case, all in one place, and “ever-ready!” BTW, a couple of reviewers said there was no battery tester. YES, THERE IS, on upper right side—it’s the first thing my gift recipient looked for. “Oh, that’s the most important part!” he says as he immediately tested a perfect new battery. 😛 Another complaint was no space for flat batteries. YES, THERE IS! Right beneath the battery tester, there are multiple slits in the foam to fit all sizes of the little round watch, odd appliance, or small clock-size batteries. You just have to look for them and run your finger across the top. The slits will be obvious. All in all, a pretty great 👍🏼 battery organizer and storage container! Couldn’t be happier!

This case holds the batteries snugly and has extra pockets for a few miscellaneous batteries.
This case is awesome! It has room for a ton of AA and AAA batteries and more. The two pockets on top had room for a couple packages of extra AAAs, some button batteries and some 9V batteries. The foam slots were cleanly cut and I was able to push out all the foam cylinders with the eraser end of a pencil in less than two minutes to reveal the battery slots. The batteries fit snugly so the batteries are not going to fall out. I checked to see if I could fit 123 batteries in the AA slots but it was too tight a fit. I don't recommend carrying the full case with the handle that is located on the hinge edge of the case. Each end of the handle is held on with a single line of stitching and doesn't look too sturdy. The open cell foam holds the batteries well but will eventually begin to break down. Hopefully that isn't for a long time. This is a good case that should last a long time. Overall, it does what it should and keeps my batteries safely in one place and clears up space in my drawer. Well worth the cost. The battery tester is a definite plus!

I would recommend this... read why
My reviews are my honest and genuine opinions. I am not sponsored in any way. I am passionate about providing honest reviews because there is too much "sway" out there to make an informed decision. My reviews are longer than many others' but this is just a result of me typing out my thoughts. This product arrived a day earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. My overall concerns after reading the reviews were the sturdiness of the case, the quality of the foam inserts, and general durability of the product. Even with these concerns, I decided to try this product and I am very pleased that I did. My Review by parts: The product was well packaged and upon first inspection, the case appeared to be very durable. Made from a hardened nylon case; like that of portable hard drive cases but with a smoother exterior, I am confident that knocks and bumps will not damage the contents of this case. The handle, stitching and zipper are sturdy and I don't expect any issues. The battery tester that was included is very basic but simple to use and functional. The battery tester is not "high-end" so I would expect that over time this may need to be replaced but at the same time, it is so "basic" that it should last a long time if properly cared after. I have seen similar if not the exact tester on Amazon for around $5. This should tell you a little about the type of product that comes with this case. The foam is very standard and what you would expect from any other product with a pre-cut foam insert. A previous review commented on the tedious nature of pushing out the foam plugs but this is standard. Just understand that "some dis-assembly" is required. Another review commented that the pre-cut plugs were not cut out fully so to be cautious of tears. This is a good rule of thumb with foam inserts. Never expect that everything will be fully cut, with this product or any other... unless the pre-cut / custom foam is a much more rigid foam (aka Gun Cases). It took me a full minute to "carefully" push everything out and my case fortunately had everything fully cut. Overall, the foam was not damaged and there were no unexpected cuts, tears, or deformities. I would expect that the foam to last with proper use. Overall, this is a good case. I decided on this verses the many other hard plastic cases with a lid because of the following considerations. 1) When zipped, nothing will spill out. Other plastic cases do not always have a latch to secure them and if they do, it is to keep the lid closed as opposed to keeping the contents inside. This was a concern for me as I didn't want to be cleaning up accidental battery spills, especially since I only use rechargeable batteries. 2) More durable case. I was concerned that other cases being constructed out of plastic, may crack with an accidental knock or bump, especially when heavier due to being full of batteries. A crack would drive me crazy so this case seemed more appropriate and at least more durable than a simple plastic case with a clear lid. 3) As I mentioned before, I use rechargeable batteries so this case was an ideal solution. Because the interior of the lid has four pockets, I am able to insert my tiny "Goal Zero" charger for AA and AAA as well as other useful cables. The 9v charger doesn't fit but with AA and AAA, I have everything from a AA battery to a D Cell by using adapters. I hope that this review helps!

Clean and organized way to story batteries.
This is one of those things that isn't very, exciting but once you use it you won't want to go back to any other way of storing batteries. No surprises, nothing fancy just a reasonably durable case to keep all your batteries. Tester is handy. I keep it in the garage and always know where to find replacement batteries. It has spots for most standard batteries AA, AAA, C, D, 9V, button type batteries, as well as small pockets I use to keep packs of small hearing aid, laser pointer type batteries. It's great for keeping batteries sorted on the go too. if I am somewhere where can't dispose of an old battery correctly I just put it back in the case negative side up and know which batteries are used/new. I can also test them with the tester. The case is nice enough, and is sufficient for home use and occasionally throwing in the trunk or under the seat of a car for a camping trip or field work that requires batteries. It could probably take a splash and some incidental exposure to the elements but if you need something waterproof or something that will "live outside" this isn't for you. I also wouldn't recommend it for longterm storage or storage in extra high or low temperatures, if your batteries start leaking in it the foam and or case will likely be ruined. I bought a second one as a gift. It's not a super exciting thing to open on Christmas, but once they start using it they will thank you.

Small but holds a lot
Really nice hard case. Looks premium. Neatly stores all my batteries and takes up very little space. Battery tester not included.

Great sturdy case
Good case and organization. Wish it had more slits for bigger flat batteries but it did have little compartments to put some packages in.
