Excellent Knives if you know what you are doing with them. NOT FOR NOVICES.
Very Very Good Knives. Please be careful with them. ONLY USE PLASTIC CHOPPING BOARDS, as they will seriously injure you if you mistreat them. Never use them on Glass chopping boards or on plates.

The knives are good but no plastic shesths for them so you have unprotected razor sharp knives in the draws very dangerous.

Excellent knife
This was a replacement for a much loved knife which was used every day but eventually broke. This one seems to be just as good and very sharp. Very pleased with it.

Blade broke cutting a carrot in half
Bought in August, fine & sharp until this morning. I was cutting a large raw carrot in half- the blade snapped- see photo.There does not seem to be any way of contacting the seller.
