My favorite Turmeric because it is a soft gel and small in size in comparison to other Turmerics.

My husband has sensitive skin which often turns red from psoriasis and eczema. He's read quite a few articles which talk about the combination of tumeric, ginger and black pepper being wonderful to reduce inflammation. We don't care for tumeric powder used in food, and I forget to put ginger in foods, so it ends up drying up and useless, and of course, pepper is easy to use. At any rate, it's so much easier to take a few capsules, like these everyday to reduce inflammation. He takes this blend every day and he's seen a difference, but he also takes other supplements, so it's hard to tell whether this makes a difference. However, it's definitely worth trying and time will tell the effectiveness. We have tried other supplements from Piping Rock and been pleased with the quality and the effectiveness, so it's definitely worth trying yourself.

This supplement puts together a good amount of Turmeric Curcumin together with Ginger Root and Astragalus. Turmeric and Ginger are potent anti-inflammatories, help control cholesterol and boost the immune system, among other benefits. Turmeric and Ginger have successfully been used by the Indian Medicine Ayurveda for thousands of years. They help with joint issues (arthritis), digestive health, allergies and respiratory problems. Furthermore, by increasing the levels of serotonin and dopamine in the brain, Turmeric and Ginger reduce inflammation and thus depression. I have personally witnessed outstanding results of the use of Turmeric and Ginger in depression cases. I take one to two capsules of PipingRock’s Turmeric Ginger every day for two months and then pause for two to four weeks.I use PipingRock’s products for over a decade and can attest to their good quality. However, I believe that it would still be fitting to suggest that PipingRock have its products tested by an accredited third-party lab for content and efficacy, as a way to build credibility. I have been taking turmeric for a few years to try to keep my inflammation at bay. I am a tough case, and not much helps, honestly, but I am sure I would be worse off if I didn't take any of it, and I don't like taking pain killers and nerve dullers. I am really glad that this mix includes pepper, and that is know to be an agent that lets your body absorb turmeric into your system. I also take ginger supplements, but have run out, so I am very pleased to find that there is ginger also in this mix! THe soft capsule in a very easy to swallow shape, and relatively small compared to other similar supplements. Wear all different, so you can only figure out if this type of supplement is of help to you by taking it. My naturopath ND recommends the ingredients in these caps. I am hoping these are indeed high end form!

These softgels are very easy to take - nice size and easy to swallow. I haven't experienced any issues from them (like burping, etc.). I know it takes a while for the properties of turmeric to really kick in but it feels like I'm experiencing a little less joint pain already. I researched the ingredient combination, and these definitely are a powerhouse turmeric team, including the black pepper which totally boosts the benefits. I think these are going to be regulars in my vitamin regimen!

This quality supplement is a great combination of tumeric, ginger, astragalus and black pepper. The pairing of tumeric and ginger have chemical compounds that work to reduce inflammation in the body. It's great to see that black pepper extract is included to help with the absorbsion of tumeric in the body. The softgels are so much easier to swallow and are absorbed much quicker that regular hard pills. I have been looking for a tumeric supplement for a while now and this one seems like it will work great for me. There are 120 softgels per bottle and the recommended daily dosage is 2 so this bottle has two months worth of supplement. I highly recommend this supplement to everyone else needing an anti-inflamatory product to include in their daily diet.

high cholesterol, diabetes, and high blood pressure run in both my husband and i's family so we will do almost anything to help control or lower the risks. we've both noticed that we feel healthier adding this our vitamin regimen has it cleanses the body out of things that are bad for us. we take them separately before and this has both so it works just the same. no complaints.
