Excellent
This product works so well for my two toddlers! It is easy to use and they instantly feel so much better. The amount of mucus that clears from their nose is incredible.

I wish I got this sooner
My 3 year old has had a runny nose for a while and I got tired of trying to use small bulb syringes to suck it out. I was doing warm baths with lots of steam to soften things up and then syringe it out but she was still sniffling a lot. I got this and it did wonders to help her breathe and ease her irritation of mucous bugging her as it blew or dripped out.I suggest if you're doing this for the first time to do it in the tub or shower. Let them enjoy some steam first to loosen the phlegm and have at it. You'll have to move quickly as this is an uneasy feeling the first few times for them. I had her lean forward while I held her and slowly pushed the warm saline water into one nostril. She was so plugged up that I could hear it going down her throat. I leaned her forward more to allow all of that to come out.I flushed her sinuses out a few times and it really cleared a lot of the mucous out and I could hear her breathing without the sound of phlegm in her nose. She was relieved and calmed down after it was all done. Happy toddler = happy mom!Flush one side. Let them blow out. Then flush on the other side. Much like a neti pot, you want to flush both sides to get everything out. I really wish I had found this product sooner.

Wash that nose out with this!
I love this thing. I had the "adult" size previously and the plunger became difficult to plunge so I ordered this one. I like the smaller size, it's fine for adults - it's more the amount it holds that differentiates it from the larger size so that's up to you - this is just a petite model (easier for travel and storage). I read the instructions this time and found that I needed to store the plunger within the syringe to keep it from becoming difficult. I don't doing that because you can't possibly get the whole dang thing dry before you store it unless you have a lot of time to kill and "closing" things that are moist upsets my OCD side, but I rinse it thoroughly and hope for the best. If you've used a neti pot or similar item, I think you might like this one better. Being able to put some pressure behind it seems to get the saline in and out of your sinus' more effectively, with less "lingering drippage" afterwards. Be sure to bend over and look at your knees and then turn head side-to-side in order to get all the water out - otherwise, later in the day when you happen to bend over, water will come pouring out of your nose and THAT can be difficult to explain to bystanders....I speak from experience. If you want to try nasal irrigation or try a different kind, I recommend this one!

She absolutely hated it but is breathing mucus free and napping as ...
Just used this on my 9.5 month old and SO MUCH MUCUS came out. She's been mucousy this last week due to a cold and I've been using saline spray and the nose frida to help coax it out but todat she was so mucousy and choking on mucus I decided to try this. She absolutely hated it but is breathing mucus free and napping as i write this review.A few things:1. They will prob cry. It sucks. They do what's going on but just a few squirts and theyre snot free.2. Make sure you're behind them so they don't try to lean or arch back.3. Make sure you keep their mouth open. For younger babies you do this by squeezing their cheeks together.4. Use your torso to support and help tilt them forward. I did this with my daughter sitting in the edge of the sink with her feet in the sink and me supporting/standing behind her5. A suggestion was to go slower for younger babies but i did not feel it benefited my daughter and it gave her time to freak out and cry bloody murder. Had I just squirted faster she would've just been stunned vs feeling like she was drowning.6. For my younger baby I did not fill the entire syringe and squirt in one shot. I maybe filled a quarter of the syringe and that has one squirt.

Really Worth the Purchase
My daughter for some reason has difficulty with blowing her nose so even when she has recovered from a cold, she still has congestion or a runny nose. This is already helping quite a bit when getting mucus out of her nose. I really think this is going to be a game changer. I really believe a lot of parents ought to give this a try. I also think any parents should get one for themselves to help their kids with any apprehension towards the idea. I think I had better order more of those saline packets that go with it before I run out!

Adult vs. Junior
This is the nasal cleanse that I can get my kids to use! The tip of the unit is soft and comfortable. An added bonus was the cartoon instructions. I also purchased one for me. The tip is the exact same size on the Junior as the Adult. The only difference is how much liquid you can pull into the syringe. When the adult one breaks I will get the Junior for me. The adult one is hard to dispense with one hand.

Great !!
I like the syringe in this it's nice and bIg for good handling, came with Saline packets. My son don't like it but with one flush so many boogies came out and he can breath fine again. I recommend using this on yourself first. PLEASE make sure when you use on baby their mouth is OPEN. Otherwise you can get water into their ears and cause an ear infection. Also do NOT stilt their head to a laying position. You want the head slightly tilted like you would if you were giving someone a confused face lol. AND DO NOT shoot the water up their nose, you don't need to do this fast, medium pace is fine. Look on YouTube if you need help
