Definitely a cheap Asian set
It did the job though, be sure to take everything out of the package, There’s no directions. Also have string on hand to hang everything, it comes with cheap balloon type string that fell apart. Kids loved it so that’s all that matters

Pricey for quality
These decorations were somewhat unimpressive. Everything has to be put together, which is fine but the provided ribbon is not long enough. The quality of the cardboard is decent, could be better. It will work for my Son's birthday but probably wouldn't buy again.

Can't string any of it up. it comes disassembled with very bad string that breaks every time you try to use it.
