Well.....this is THE king of wheeled dollies in this class. PERIOD.Those who use and know dollies get it..the design is solid, easy to change per use needs, a bit but not too heavy considering the weight rating?The assembly instructions?....inadequate aka poor. Needs play by play and more than one drawing??? Really ? Why offer a great product with poor instructions that just frustrate most clients?

The front wheels are hard to control. Tried to save money over the top Brad and wish I would have spent the extra money.

The media could not be loaded. First of all we must take into account 6 points in three parts:1. Manual and difficulty to assemble.2. Defect, or serious or superficial damage.3. performance and hardness1. Manual and difficulty of assembly:- Manual.The manual is not easy to understand if you are new or do not have patience.-Difficulty of assemblyNot having a manual that details you step by step, it can be difficult (Satisfaction 4 out of 10).2. Defect, or serious or superficial damage-DefectThis cargo cart I bought came with a defect. The connection that had the metal ring with the base at the top that was already installed on the cargo cart came loose and arrived broken and the ring does not fulfill its function which is to prevent it from lifting too much when it changes from horizontal to vertical. (Evidence in the first video).-Serious or superficial damageWhen a part falls off and it is not easy to recognize to which part it may belong, it is alarming (maybe it can be something serious or superficial). (If you get a loose piece of the product, do not let the children get close to it and do not let the adult or the child place the feet under the cart if it is in horizontal format. Also, if the product is damaged while being loaded vertically, drop it forward or to the side, making sure that no one is present first (to protect your safety and well-being).3. Performance and toughness:- Performance.I will be upgrading as I test it within 6 months to 1 year.-HardnessI will be updating as I Test it within 6 months to 1 year.Bonus fact:And you, smart shopper, read my review before you buy. If you're going to use the cart up to the weight limit allowed I highly recommend you return it and ask for a new one or the money, it's not worth the risk:But make sure that if something comes loose and you get an exchange, demand your seller to tell you where the part fell off.
