I have always wanted a rotary tool so when I saw the Tacklife rotary tool set for this price, I jumped on it. I have several other Tacklife products and I am happy with all of them. This rotary tool set comes with a variable speed rotary tool, 80 accessories, a handle attachment and a flexible shaft extension, all in a hard case. The tool has a rotary speed control that goes from 3,200 to 10,000 RPM. I tried it out to buff some scratches out of a pair of glasses that I have, and since they are plastic lenses, they scuffed up the surface instead of buffing out the scratches. However, I had read that you can’t really get the scratches out of plastic lenses so that wasn’t the fault of the tool. It did let me see how the tool worked, and it was easy to use, but the torque is not great so I could slow it down by pressing hard with the buffing tool that I was using. I tried it out for drilling into wood and it worked great. I didn’t try all of the other accessories, but it has lots of sanding, buffing, drilling and cutting accessories. I also understand that it will accept accessories from many other rotary tools, but I went ahead and also purchased a companion set with another 282 accessories in a clear plastic hard case. Overall, this is just what I was looking for.

this is a great package for someone just starting to use a dremel, I purchased it to use on glass bottle products and so far I am very happy with my purchase, I will return to this seller in the future

This tool set has just about every tool you will every need for a rotary tool. I use it with my Craftsman tool and everything fits fine, as I'm sure is the case for any rotary tool out there. I bought it mainly for woodworking and trimming plastic, and the attachments do both very well. I most like that there are a lot of sanding attachments. Nice case that keeps the small attachments organized.

A very pleasant surprise. A good range of tools and accessories. The stuff actually works. The packaging is excellent. My spouse works for a major industrial supplier and cautioned to be very wary as the cost to number of tools "can't be right". I can't tell the difference in the drum sanders (shanks and actual abrasive, the cutoffs and shanks all mate well and work like they are supposed to. The abrasive grit tools seem not heavily coated with abrasives but in a real world application, for the size, tool life is probably pretty short; I couldn't tell it it failed or I killed it. You get your money's worth. I'd recommend it.

This set met all my expectations. I had a big Dremel set previously, but have broke, lost, used up most of the parts. The remaining burr and a few stone circles and cutoff disks, sanding drums, etc. were all of equal or nearly equal quality. Some of the fine tooling looks just a tiny bit less polished or finished, but not in any way to affect performance. I have so far only used the large and small sanding drums and the small straight diamond burr. All worked great. I also have to comment on the box. It is well laid out and it snaps shut tight. Best of all, it lays flat and stores easily. The box on my Dremel set had a big handle in the middle and flip up sides. Harder to find things split side to side and it didn't fit well in a drawer. All-in this is a great set for the $$$

Works great good selection for the weekend warrior. I was able to carve a pine wood derby car with this tool kit while sitting in the dessert with nothing more than my pocket knife and a small drimmal tool and this kit thanks to amazon. My kids were happy to get a car from dad for this years race even though I’m a long ways away.Great kit as expected worked great.1 year update:I don’t use this set all the time but it is pinewood derby season again and it along with my band saw has really helped turnout some great cars. We took 3 trophies last year let’s see what happens this year.

The tiny drills and engraving things are just what I need. I make fairy gardens and miniature doll houses and furniture. They are perfect. I have a little wooden wagon that I have a cactus dessert in. It's wood is hard and about a half inch thick and it drilled holes in the bottom of it with a larger drill bit with no problem. The selection of tools is great. The only thing is there's not room in the box to hold the hand held rotary tool itself. It has no spot in the box so you have to keep it outside the box. Other than that I love it!!
