I’ve had an old hair steam cap for over thirty years and I finally decided to purchase another in the case that it stops working.This cap was an ideal replacement.I love the quality and fit of the shower caps that come with it.The remote is easy to use and works as expected.The steam cap is well-made, lightweight, and although it seems small in size it covers the entire head with just the right fit.The heat it provides feels sufficient and evenly distributed.The only thing that might make this product better is a digital countdown to when the time set would be up, but that aside, it’s exactly what I wanted. It leaves my hair soft, moist, and well-conditioned.

Ordered this for myself about 6 months ago, but I'm finally getting the chance to try it out. So far, and thankfully, it's working as expected. It came with 2 cloth (?) shower caps. ATM, I'm using it for some gentle heat to help my henna application, but I can see using it monthly for deep conditioning as well.

I long gave up on keeping an overhead dryer. It takes up too much room for my needs right now but still wanted a good heat source for conditioning.I have tried a blow dryer attachment over a hot blow dryer and that's loud and bulky to apply and has too many cords/ attachments. Also tried a re-heatable flax seed cap, which works, but doesn't really get as hot and needs to be reheated in the microwave too often.This is the easiest to use and serves it's function. It also fits all my hair. I love that I don't have to deal with the noise of a dryer.The only thing that would make it better is if it was wireless, but the cord is long enough so I can at least move comfortably around one spot without feeling bothered. I suppose it also doesn't get that hot, but that is a great safety feature. Maybe you don't even need that much heat.If this was used with a foil cap you will be happy.

This is worth every penny and then some! Very well made. You have 3 options for how long you want to wear it. There are also controls of how much heat you want. I have been using this for quite some time now and I highly recommend this seller and product. It comes in a very nice storage bag and full step by step instructions. So easy and convenient.

I bought this because my mom had one years ago and it finally konked out. This works great I love all of the setting options. It even has a timer so I don't have to keep track of how long I've been under it myself. It also comes with a couple of very nice shower caps to wear under it. I make my own deep conditioner and by the time I get out from under it my hair is super soft and moisturized. It's great quality I've had it for several months now and is pretty durable.

Very pleased with my heating cap and variety of heat settings. Plus I have different time settings. My hair has improved somewhat and I will continue using my cap for continued results. Thank you for the affordable price too!

So im quite surprised this has such a high rating. For me, the cap is quite tight, so i am not a fan of that because i have medium length, big hair, even in 4 twists. Another thing is the sound.. its quite loud, considering my sister has another version of these and it doesnt make any sound at all. And 3rd, it takes considerably long to heat to temperature above 3, about 5-10 goes just into getting up to temp.If you still decide to purchase this product even though there are so many others close in price, i would not recommend going above 5. My scalp is still sore a day later from it heating up to 8. Even though i immediately turned it down, again it too forever to catch up.
