I've only had it a couple of weeks so it's still doing its stuff, don't expect instant results it takes weeks and weeks to get results to polish rocks, not sure about the polishing compounds yet but you will need to buy more as the ones that come with it are only small packets. So far it's looking good as a starter kit.

The set up was just a simple matter. Unfortunately the power lead is fitted with a flat pinned American style plug. There’s no mention of the USA style plug in the item’s description.The description should mention this fact and/or an adapter should be included with the item.

Faulty Advanced Professional Tumbler purchased and received by 7th August 2020. When I went to check on the tumbler which had been on for 6 days on setting 2 speed and medium size grit to find that the tumbler barrel has blown up like a balloon. I immediately switched it off from the power and removed it from my garage and placed it in a box in the garden just incase it explodes. I can not send it back for it is too dangerous for me to handle. I am so disappointed that I can't see the stones that have been tumbled so far. I wish for a refund as I am not wishing to use or proceed with the rock tumbling experience for it has made me scared of what could have happened if it had exploded? Please can you refund me for the tumbler machine. I can send the actual tumbler machine back if required but I won't send the barrel back for it hasn't had the pressure released and I'm not going near it whilst it is all blown up like a balloon. Please advise me on what to do to get a refund for the faulty equipment. Kind Regards E. Dyer.

Bought this for my 11year old son for Christmas. Sadly after a few days of tumbling, it stopped working. However, I used the QR code on the information leaflet to contact customer service via WhatsApp. What great customer service! A replacement arrived within 24 hours. It’s working well and he’s just checked his stones after the first week of tumbling and they’re looking great. I’d really recommend this as a present

Bought for my partner who is interested in crafting with Seaglass. This works very well although it does take several days for each load to become smooth and Seaglass lime. We use sand from the local beach and it works fine for Seaglass. However the pebbles supplied while smooth haven't polished up to a high shine. Overall this is doing as required. It was bought as a Christmas present and has been going almost none stop for over 2 months. It is a little difficult to open and close the drum but it does have to be waterproof so this is to be expected. I found it quite noisy and we have it running in our garage. I did put some fooam underneath it and that drastically reduced the noise from it.

Arrived very quickly after I ordered, everything was there, the container is sturdy rubber, the little motor is great, quieter than expected, and the instructions are idiot proof! I wanted this to tumble some glass and 6 days later I got beautifully smoothed off cloudy glass. It's not seaglass but it's better than I expected. I have a second lot in the tumbler and am going to leave it longer this time. I added rough beach sand and some stones so we shall see how it goes, but I'm very pleased with the first lot. Definitely a good buy.

Very reasonable price for a good kit. The rock and mineral samples are OK for the price and comparable to Natjonal Geograhic samples. The machine itself is excellent value better than more expensive ones bought previously. Quick delivery.
