After alot of research I decided this was probably the best overall starter set. It's not cheap but the build quality is great and has a large range of picks.As a novice straight put the pack I was single picking the transparent lock within 1min and managed to rake a Master lock in a similar time with no experience.Would of liked a bogota or two but will probably buy them separately.There are cheaper sets but you get what you pay for. Quality and finish of the picks is superb and the case is great.

Wouldn't suggest for beginners as too slim and delicate for rough handling, technique and finesse needs to be mastered way before buying these. Quality and materials 5 star and definitely a good investment, proprietary design included in set also but most looking will already know this. Value for money, best set in my opinion!

Nice set, well made.

I paid a bit more for these picks because the description stated spring steel if this is the case then why do they bend and distort on the first use. I practiced on the polycarb training locks which are fairly loose and easy to manipulate but these picks just bent out of shape and I have to keep straightening them after every use. The description also states good quality leather but I suspect its poor quality is down to it being faux leather. In short save your money and shop for them elsewhere.
