the only natural toothpaste that has helped with my tooth sensitivity
This toothpaste has been a huge help for my sensitive teeth. I noticed a difference within a week, which really surprised me. Unlike other natural toothpastes I've tried, it has a nice foaminess and a really good natural mint flavor. I had several cavities last time I went to the dentist, and was looking for a way to help strengthen my teeth without having to use fluoride. So happy to have found this.

Great whitening, flavor, but not paste-y enough.
I really wanted to love this tooth cleaning product because I felt it shielding my teeth enamel, tooth sensitivity disappeared, it whitened very well, & had a refreshingly pleasant taste. The price was a bit steep but worth all its benefits. However, the paste too easily ran & dripped off my brush, being wasted too many times. The paste dripped whether the room was warm or cold. Only if its consistency were improved would I purchase & try it, again.

So far so good
I’ve only been using this for a few days, but wanted to make some notes based on other reviews I’ve seen here. I purchased this because my dentist wanted me on a fluoride toothpaste, which I didn’t want. This is the alternative and we’ll see how it does over time. One of the main comments I read is that this is too thin or runny. The thing is that this is closer to a gel than a paste. It is thinner than commercial pastes. I shook and kneaded my tube before using and I think it helped. (kind of like shaking the ketchup)As for the flavor, it’s about a 7, if 10 is the strongest toothpaste I’ve ever used. The mint is a bit different from any other I’ve used. Tastes a bit like a cross between peppermint and wintergreen. Not bad, just different. Personally, I wish they made cinnamon (if the company ever sees this). My teeth feel good, my mouth is fresh and now I hope it helps my enamel long term.

Has Not Helped with Tooth Sensitivity
I first ordered a trial of the Fortify in July 2023, than the full sized tube in Sept 2023. I have been using it since then (about 7 months) and unfortunately it has not helped with my tooth sensitivity. I wanted to love it due to the natural ingredients, but I actually feel like my pain to cold has worsened. :(As an everyday toothpaste it's fine; has a nice mid mint flavor. It doesn't leave a stripped clean filing like mainstream sls toothpaste but my mouth feels clean after using. But considering the price increase and how it has not help with tooth sensitivity as it claims, I will be looking at other options.

Okay product, not for me. Some other options for sensitive teeth...
I have sensitive teeth and apparently sensitive tastebuds as well. The menthol in this was way too strong for me so I couldn't use this more than twice. Did not use long enough to determine if the hydroxyapatite helped with gum/tooth sensitivity. The menthol did not bother my husband so I passed it along to him. He normally uses Colgate (generic / non sensitive products) and I normally use Hello Sensitivity. My normal toothpaste was out of stock everywhere so I was looking for a replacement and curious to try hydroxyapatite instead of flouride. Surprisingly it was difficult to find a toothpaste containing hydroxyapatite that did not also contain menthol (Boka, Risewell, Bite) or star anise (Davids) which I am allergic to.I considered trying children's toothpaste (Risewell, Bite) but was not looking forward to tasting vanilla or berry every time I brushed. Luckily I ended up finding toothpaste tablets from a company called Chomp that do contain hydroxyapatite, are light mint flavor and no menthol, and those have been working well for me. The hydroxyapatite in those does seem to help with my gum/tooth sensitivity so I imagine it would work in this product if I could actually use it and not gag from the menthol.
