I was nervous about purchasing both jars from Amazon because I need it for an event I was cooking for a meal the next day. It was delivered securely bubbled wrapped and no damages earlier than expected. My first time using Sundried Tomatoes in any recipe, my guests and I truly enjoyed the flavoring, especially since the recipe called to use olive oil cook the chicken. Amazon is the only place I could find this size for a reasonable price. I will be purchasing more since my friend wants me to cook the same thing for her event. Highly recommended.

This is a pretty large pack of sun dried tomatoes in oil. Perfect for if you use them a lot in sandwiches or salads. The oil is a bit intense and heavy so I like to dab them with a paper towel before using them. They’re very tasty they taste a lot like tomato paste (the taste of preserved tomatoes). The texture is not too soft and not too chewy it’s just right. Overall these are great I just wish the conserving liquid was a bit lighter.

This jar was unsealed, with the pop top popped. While the jar was wrapped well in bubble wrap, once I unwrapped it, my hands were covered in oil that had leaked from the jar. Can’t/won’t use something unsealed! Gross. Should’ve listened to other reviewers. Also, turns out you can’t return or replace this product, so if it happens to you, beware that you’ll be out the $$. Terrible. At least the jar will make a cute addition to my plant propagation station.

Not as tasty as other more expensive brands.

Large jar of soft, plump, sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil. These also have peppers, capers and hot chili so they have a bit of spice. A versatile addition to so many recipes, I add these to pizza, pasta, and appetizer dips. Glass jar with a metal vacuum lid that pops up when opened. These are well packaged in bubble wrap so it arrived unbroken. Instruction state to refrigerate after opening and consumer within 2 weeks. Product of Italy.

It was broken and seeped all over the rest of my order. It was packaged to fail. I am surprised it didn't do more damage. These sundried tomatoes are good if they come undamaged. I doubt I will try again.
