Cracking shower door!
Okay, so we bought this having read the negative reviews and we were a little concerned. We are older DIY enthusiasts (my husband wouldn't agree with the enthusiasts, but I love it). There was one step in the instructions that was not clear, but to be fair we went off piste for that one step and managed to fit the doors.Overall we are delighted, the doors run smoothly and look a lot more expensive than they are.

Looks good, quality unit.
Very good product, easy to put together and install, slight mistake in the instructions as others have pointed out, but easily spotted. I got the 1200mm by 6mm and is substantial enough when fitted. Be aware tho', the package when it arrived is very large and awfully heavy, thankfully the delivery guys took it upstairs for me, great service.

Nice looking shower door
Directions for assembly not great - video on youtube helpful. Once assembled fairly easy to install. Door had to be adjusted using screws in top wheels to allow bottom ones into tracks

This item is smaller than stated and returns policy is a joke!!! AVOID !!! BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE!!!!
BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING THIS PRODUCT !!!!!!!!This item is smaller than stated it measure 1055mm under the tolerance advised, with sides attached it will not stretch to 1100mm. It does not fit the 1100 space I have even if it did it would rest right on the edge of the brackets it fits into and so the security of it would be questionable.I have applied to have it returned I was instantly greeted with, Why, wanting photos and proof. I stated my consumer rights to return the product and I was referred to the website for refund info, only for the website to state if bought on Amazon do not adhere to the online returns policy. I emailed them again with this info at which point they accepted my return.HERE'S THE OTHER BIG ISSUEIf you are returning a product they have small print on the return information that states you are responsible for the return price (£50 minimum for a 30kg package and most just won't do it, so I immediately lose half my money. Then theey also state you will be billed for the box and the condition, the box was already severely damaged just due to a 30kg box being moved here and then the styrofoam inside is destroyed. if they bill me £20 for the box (if I ever get it back, and no doubt it'll be more) then I will have lost 2/3rd's of my money and meanwhile they can repackage and send it to some other mug for them to either be able to fit it or find it's smaller than stated and go through the same issue.I've tried calling them but you gete put on hold for 5-10 minutes and then told they are too busy and get cut off. It's true what they say buy cheap buy twice!!!My advise avoid this product and company.

IMPORTANT: Error In Ininstructions - Take Care
I am extremely pleased with the shower, but the Installation Instructions for Step 8 (8.1 and 8.2) are the wrong way round for right- and left-handed doors. That covers which side you fix first and how the screen swings into place. (In my case, because I tiled up to the fixed frame member - NOT normally the recommended way to do it! - that meant a big problem.) Take care, though, and it's otherwise easy enough. A second pair of hands obviously helps, but I chose the 6mm glass to reduce weight so that I could handle it myself. (The sliding door is lifted on separately.) Elegant's own YouTube video is very helpful ... and correct.[1200mm 6mm Chrome.]
