I ordered this for my niece who has a cliff palet baby ..this is what the Dr. recommended..guess it worked OK

Can i just replace the normal nipple with this feeder? Or do I need anything else to complete the feeding by using this feeder? Thanks

The nipple alone can be replaced. The nipple collar that comes with this set only works with the Special Needs Feeder nipple. Medela bottles, 80cc, 150cc, and 250cc sizes, are interchangeable between this system and the regular bottle feeding system.

It's a standard size nipple called pigeon nipple

do you ship to spain europe?

Unfortunately the answer is "No". Medela does not allow their vendors to ship products outside the USA or to freight forwarders. If you go to Medela's web site they do have a link to their sites for European countries. That way you can find their products closer to home.
