I started taking after reading about it in Dirty Gene's by Dr. Ben Lynch. I have MTHFR and my liver function is sluggish. He recommended it to help plus clean my genes. I believe for the fast MAOA, can't remember for sure. First 4 days made me tired bit helped me sleep at night. I wonder if that's the detox effect? From then my workouts have been substantially improved. I take first thing in the morning so it doesn't keep me awake as I suffer with insomnia. Seems to help my sleep too!

Something doing well with my brain, and I think it is this PQQ. Also I researched Jarrow, and hear they make the best quality vitamins, and I am getting to believe that, for I bought their B12 and cannot believe what it did for me. I was on a different one and it nothing for me compare to their Vitamin B12, even my son feels the same way. Go Jarrow.

From my wife Sarah: I use this as a part of a natural protocol for hypermobility or Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It's the Cusack Protocol which you can find more about on facebook, and this really makes a noticeable difference with reducing hypermobility. I'm not sure if it impacts me in other ways though. There's nothing I've noticed that's obviously coming from this particular supplement.I use this brand because I find Jarrow to be reasonably priced, and free of most allergens including gluten and dairy. I use several different Jarrow products and I'm always happy with them.
