This reusable nappy is a great idea, it has taken all the worry out of leaving my elderly father in the back room whilst we clean the house etc. It is absorbent and fairly comfortable, at first it did cut in to his legs slightly which obviously we were concerned about but we loosened it and he said it was really comfortable. During the day we have left him in his normal underwear with incontinence pads but these are brilliant for putting him in at night when he goes to bed. It allows my mum to have a nice nights sleep without worrying that he is going to have an accident at night.

I got this for my mum who has incontinent issue. It works exactly like a baby reusable nappy.It comes in one size, but with Velcro fasteners, it would fit most standard size people. The Velcro is simple to use even with my mum’s weak arthritic hands. You can adjust the Velcro to make it fit snugly but comfortably in order to minimise incidents.The fit isn't the best when you’re active, but my mum doesn't move a lot anymore these days so it stays in place really well. The material is durable and waterproof, so it’s easy to clean. We often just throw this in the washing machine and it cleans really well in a gentle cycle of low heat.You’ll wear this over another disposable nappy, and not just by itself.In short, a useful product that durable and easy to use. I am now caring for my father who has developed dementia which is getting steadily worse and he has had a few accidents.We got this nappy protector for when the time comes as we are preparing for the months ahead as we fully intend keeping him at home rather than in a home.The quality of the product is very good, very strong and very durable.The size will accommodate most people, you can also machine wash this nappy protector.To round up, we haven't actually used it yet but based on the quality it appears to be a very well made product, I will of course add to this review either good or bad in the weeks or months ahead.

too small, might have worked if it fit around the waist, but it didn't.

This is a great idea for people who are of a larger size, as many people suffering with dementia still possess the strength to take off nappies at night. Therefore, this is very useful to put over a nappy as it is harder for the sufferer to remove. I had this experience with my own dad who had Alzheimers for 15 years. We used to put a pair of long Johns over the nappy and then tie it tight at the waist (so he couldn't get his hands down there). I only mention this as it is a great tip for fellow sufferers. This protector is well made, if a tad expensive, but worth it if it solves your problem. However, because it is ridiculously large, I can only give it 2 stars.

It is made from strong and durable material. The colour is very nice and beautiful. You can always take it on the road with you. They are very big and strong.

This diaper cover is too big in all the wrong places and uncomfortable to wear. While it may help stop leakage or unintentional removal of a diaper, I feel it is unsuitable for any active person or for wearing outside.
