Sure Shot HD Big Buck Hunter Deluxe Bundle Video Game System

Let me start with this:The graphics on this game are not comparable to those used on Xbox or Play Station.They are however better than those used on Atari ;-)I think it is safe to say that these graphics are in line with the price point.The game is super easy to set up. If your TV is 42" + I suggestyou position the console/sensor on top rather then at the bottom of the screen.This set up allows for the best overall accuracy..You will need to re-calibrate your rifle before each hunt if your shooting position has changed.This is not necessary if the shooter maintains the same position on every hunt.Using AA rechargeable batteries will save you money and allow the rifles to function better.

The Sure Shot HD is not the best due to a couple of downfalls but I would say it is an easy buy for anyone who enjoys the Big Buck Hunter franchise and wants to enjoy the game in there home. I'll lay out the pros and cons below.Pros-Its Big Buck Hunter in your HOME!-The wireless guns are nice and very light.-Additional games are available in the sure shot store on the console.Cons-Having to recailibrate the guns when you move is slightly annoying.-The reticle tracks very slowly, I tried to hunt in pro mode instead to see if not having the reticle on the screen would allow my to transition from animal to animal faster however it was still registering behind my movements.-The Big Buck games are not the full games... You have to purchase additional hunts at a fairly steep price and there are a lot of add on hunts.

Purchased this as a gift for my son during Christmas. When it arrived the box had a mailing sticker on it so thankfully I had it delivered to my sister in laws residence or he would have walked right up to it coming in the front door after school. As far as the unit it self the guns were easy to assemble. The mother board I was sent did not function so I contacted customer service. They sent me a replacement mother board but did not send the mother board that has both games on it. I have not heard from them after I made a phone call so I will be sending an email which was the best response method. The guns are easy to calibrate when using them, the game has single or multiple player option, and multiple game play modes, as well as the option to play online or off.

It was okay not the best,just because the gun wasn’t connecting kept saying failed on top of that they claim there’s lots of games for (free)when there’s only really three games free the rest you have to buy it.( which is not a lot of variety like I thought)I got this for the family room for game night but wasn’t to fun when there is not a lot of games and the connection keeps failing.🤷🏻‍♀️But the Game graphics are pretty decent.Also the batteries die out pretty quickly after 3 to 2 hours for this price range you can get a different consul with whole bunch of games built into it. So I’m going to give it two stars out of five I won’t return it but I will be given this out to a family member maybe they have more fun and luck with it lol

My son wanted this game so bad. He saved up his money for it and was so excited when it came in. However, once he hooked it up and played it, he wasn’t able to calibrated it. We tried on a couple of different TVs and it still wouldn’t work. He also had other problems with other parts of the game. We tried to reach the manufacturer only to discover they are out of business. I had to explain to him that sometimes things like this happen and you end up out of the money. So my poor, broken-hearted, disappointed son had to learn a hard lesson.

I rarely right a review but this game deserves it.I bought this for my 4 year old son who loves playing the large arcade version. I wasn’t expecting much as I’ve seen early versions of this, however I was blown away. It’s easy to play. Multiple game types, including quick bonus games. You can play online (although I haven’t yet). There are other games to download.It seemlessly hooked up via the hdmi cable.Highly recommend as a gift and hours of fun!!!

So I revived this order today and witching 45 minutes I’d filled out a return slip. Very poor quality, the light guns were so inconsistent that the game was unplayable. I’d not expected match grade precision from a toy but at 7 feet yje light gun would shoot off the screen about half the time even after you’d attempted to recalibrate and zero the gun. You’ll have no idea where the rounds will hit and makes the game just about useless

I opened this up as a present and was super excited to try it out at home. After setting it up and getting the guns sighted in, my wife and I played for hours and had a blast. Then our neighbors came over for dinner and they too could not get enough of the game. Our house quickly became the place to hangout at, mostly because of big buck hunter. Everyone wanted to play it all the time.But then... Like all the reviews I read and decided to ignore, our sure shot system stopped working after a month. The "looking for gun" screen would come on and that was it. We tried different batteries, different HDMI cables, power sources, and switched to a different TV. We even went as far as buying a second sure shot, hoping that it was just the console. No luck.I now have two consoles, four guns, and zero fun. If anyone is looking to buy some cheap sure shot systems and guns, please let me know.~From Sad Buck Hunter

As long as you understand what you are getting and temper expectations, this can be a really fun game.Accuracy is meh and there is some lag. The calibration can only be done for one person(as far as I can tell) which, unless you are all roughly the same height can make it quite difficult for multiple users. That being said, this is quite cheap and I went into this expecting exactly that. It's still quite fun and I found the best way was to sit and play which, while uncomfortable, made it the most fair for multiple users. Th he second gun is next to useless as everyone should be taking their turn sitting in the same spot. Haven't played the two players at once mode yet so I can't speak to that.

this was a Christmas gift. my nephew plays it and loves it. would totally buy it again

It's fun but so where near as accurate as the original unit. There is alot of lag time with your movements so makes it inaccurate.
