What wires use to string this

this is a crossover. its not a mixer but it takes the out via XLR Balanced form the mixer on the way to your speakers. on the way to the speakers the cross over that your asking about will send the bass, mids, and highs to the correct speakers that you should already own.crossover doesn't work to well if you don't have the right speaker set up. but to answer your question you need XLR strings to wire this. little advice unless you abousltly need this and know how to take advantage of it you do know the XLR cables to wire this will probably cost more then the crossover!

How do I connect the Sub out to sub in stereo mode? My amp only has two channels

You should use a separate amp for your subs, come out of your mixer board to the crossover, then take your left rights for midrange speaker amp and out the sub out to your subwoofer amp

I am pushing 2 passive subs from a powered /amped mixer. Can you put this inline between the sub and powered mixer?

No, this is made to go between a passive mixer and the power amp or powered speaker, don’t try to run speaker voltage through this.
