You NEED these
Super great quality. Comfortable to wear. The straps on the bottom help to keep the straps from sliding up. The velcro is also sturdy so where ever you want that strap to be is where it’s gonna stay.

Foot straps tend to slip.
Maybe I’m placing them too low, but the foot straps loosen up and slip off.

I love that the under shoe strap and the ankle atta hment are both adjustable. Making these the perfect t size helped alo to make the exercises more comfortable and allowing correct angles to get the best workout.

Helps keep my rolling ankle in place
At first, it was a little weird to adjust but once you figure it out it keeps your ankle in place and gives extra stability when pulling weights, The extra strap on the bottom puts lets pressure on the ankle.
