I am very happy with this He Shou Wu. I had never had any such product before, but I purchased on a friend’s recommendation for its youthful supporting properties.I like it as a morning drink. I add a small amount of soy milk to make it creamy. It has a great flavor, reminiscent of hot cocoa, which I enjoy because I can have a great rich flavor without lots of calories and without needing to add sugar!!The drink has lots of body to it (even without adding milk), supporting the sense of richness and hearty mouthfeel. It dissolves completely in hot water, leading no residue at the bottom of the cup.I like that it comes packaged very well, with an outer foil pack that seals and another sealing inner plastic pack, though I wish the outer pack were a bit larger to help me maneuver the inner pack more easily. It came fresh and stays fresh.It seems expensive, but it lasts a long time, since you only use a half teaspoon per cup.It comes with a wooden spoon. I don’t like that the spoon is wide and shallow. It seems easy to end up measuring too much powder because it’s hard to eyeball whether or not the powder is level with the edges of the spoon. Just by looking at the spoon, I thought it would not measure a true half teaspoon, but I was wrong. I checked and it is, indeed, a half teaspoon.I will keep buying this brand of He Shou Wu. I am so happy with it.

Hello and congrats on making available a healthy and spectacular product! I just received my second shipment and I thought it was a good time to tell the wonderful changes I have had since using He Shou Wu. Firstly I will say that it has a very mild taste and I could only taste it if I mixed it with water only. Hot works the best for mixing, although if I am making coffee I just toss it in. This second shipment I received the little mixing spoon, as they must have been out on my first shipment, it's cute! I used a bamboo chopstick to stir before as you don't want to use steel utensils. Anyway, I have been noticing and so have my teenagers that the back and sides of my graying hair are beginning to turn a dark gray when they were a light gray to white. I was so surprised that it was happening so fast, but I am looking forward to seeing more results. I actually do receive a natural energy boost not jittery, so that is a plus, and I think it helped me get over the flu and not have it as bad as others in the house. I am going to try and get others like my husband to use this as I am not even done with the 1st bag and you get two in each box. So not sure if I can use more of the product than directed now since my body is used to it? Anyway thank you for making such a wonderful product, I think everyone should give it a try : - )

I truly love this product, this was a great addition to my health care routine! I was a bit disappointed about NOT getting the spoon included like it promotes on the pictures. It was a huge challenge to find something for the measurements per the serving suggestions because I don't have measuring spoons in my kitchen. But the actual He Should Wu powder is enticing for me to drink in my coffee & water! Twice daily in my package did not last a month, much to my disappointment, but in all I believe it actually made my hair grow a little.

Love this product. Have been using it for several months now and have noticed the difference in my graying hair. I add it to my daily cup of coffee and it’s been great. Like it enough that I have subscribed to have it delivered now.

I initially bought this product to naturally reverse my graying hair. I read the reviews and figured I had nothing to lose. I’ve only been taking it for about three weeks and am very impressed with results. Although I can’t say I see much change in my hair, I have noticed remarkable changes in other areas. My sleep pattern has changed drastically where I no longer take prescribed medication to go to sleep. I was diagnosed as a chronic insomniac several years ago and have not gotten decent sleep without the aid of medication. Within days of taking this, I stared having deep sleep and was able to fall asleep within minutes of going to bed, no matter how much coffee I drank during the day. I still average four hours of sleep, but it is now restful sleep and when I wake up, I am no longer sluggish. I’m wide awake.Also, my stiff/aching knees are much better and I am able to rise after sitting for long periods of time with little to no pain. A big difference than before. Walking up and down the steps are no longer as painful.I add one spoonful of the wooden spoon that came with it in my coffee and enjoy the taste. I drink my coffee strong, with powder creamer and no sugar. The He Shou Wu does not change the taste at all. If anything, it gives it a smoother taste.I’m very happy with the product and have already ordered a second bag even though I still have quite a bit left in the first bag. I highly recommend this product.***UPDATE 10/12/18)***. I just completed the first bag and since ordering the second bag, have now ordered two more, to total four bags. I love the product and have started seeing black hair growing back in where the silver was growing. I love the energy, clarity, and focus from this product and highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing. Additionally, the seller is very responsive and goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Upon opening the second bag, I noticed the wooden spoon was not included. I emailed the seller and had a response the next day, apologizing and agreeing to send a replacement. What customer service!!

I'm happy with the taste, can't claim any benefits for my hair and like several other purchasers noted, the wooden spoon is NOT included as was promised in the advertising, even with the 3-pack! WHAT HAPPENED?
