Hi, I have lost a part of the lid of my insulated rose gold travel mug. Can you help me get a replacement lid only please?

short answer is no! I tried but ended up buying a new mug,to be honest it was just as cheap probably taking in postage and packing,and managed to get a good offer price!!

I tried to get one and failed miserably and ended up buying a new mug. I really think the lids should be stocked somewhere or even just the top section of lid as that's what broke on mine.

Can I add a straw through the lid?

Possibly the opening is larger than a standard opening you get on a takeaway lid. But if you took the lid apart then the central hole is bigger still at about 2cm diameter, and is still usable
