This pan is quite unique with its oblong shape, non-stick surface, and induction-ready compatibility. The pan has pouring spouts on each of the short sides, which is helpful for draining any excess liquid or sauce from the fish.I love that this pan is induction-ready, which is what I use mostly to cook. Because of its shape, the pan is perfect for cooking fish and I was able to fit the entire salmon filet on the pan. The salmon didn't stick to the surface, and it cooked evenly and quickly.The pouring spouts make serving very convenient, and the pan itself was easy to clean after use. The ceramic non-stick surface means that only a small amount of olive oil is needed to fry the fish. Because it’s aluminum, it’s lightweight and easy to handle when hand washing.The pan is not just limited to cooking fish, though. I found it perfect for a few rashers of bacon and a couple of eggs, and it would be great for asparagus, too.I would recommend this pan to anyone who is looking for a unique frying pan that can handle a variety of foods with ease.

Normally a product doesn't delight me, I just return it. But, this pan has such a bad handle on it, I'm compelled to write.The useless, metal band with the brand on it, simply falls off. Good thing too, since there is no way the handle will engage the pan with it on.But, with the pan on the flat surface, there is no way to get the handles tab under the hook the pan, without putting it almost vertical. Try THAT when fishing your sole out of a 450F oven. The handle needs to work flawlessly, not be a source of frustration every time you try to move the hot pan.For the price of this pan being north of $100, it needs to work flawlessly.

This pan is wonderfully designed!Not only is it perfect for my pan seared salmon but it also works great for a multitude of other dishes that have longer cuts of food. The heat is evenly distributed throughout, so it providesI used this pan to also make bacon wrapped asparagus and when the pan started to fill with the bacon grease, it was so simple to use the pour spouts which are located on each side of the pan.The handle is easy to grip and seemingly heat resistant in terms of it retaining heat while cooking.The pan did not smell like chemicals at any time during usage, and requires only a small amount of fat to ensure proper cooking.Given the unique dimensions as well as the quality of the pan in general, not only do I recommend this product but it comes true to market value.

It’s a good pan. Works really well. It’s great quality as well. I just need to figure out how to keep the handle from coming off. It’s really easy to clean and even dishwasher safe. It’s worth the price you will get a perfectly cook fish every time.

This pan is much larger than I anticipated, and to me that's a good thing. I just received this pan today, so I haven't made fish in it yet, but it will be perfect for doing so. I tried it out just making up some eggs real quick. This is a very nice, heavy pan. Nothing stuck, the eggs just slid out of the pan. Since nothing stuck, cleanup was a breeze. I decided to really test it. I let an egg burn in the pan. Still easy and quick cleanup. The only thing that would make it better is if the pan and handle were a solid piece. The handle is nicely secured though, and I don't anticipate problems with it anytime soon. I absolutely recommend this pan.

Really quality pan and I really like the shape and style of it. Non stick is so smooth. It slides right off. Handle feels good in the hand and heats up super fast too. Great pan.

This pan has a unique oval shape that is great for longer cuts of meat that won't fit in a normal circular pan. The pan is non-stick and has a sturdy handle that is wrapped so that you can grab the handle without buring yourself.This is technically designed for fish, but I used it for bacon, and for other red meat and it worked great for me. Since it is non-stick it is easy to clean and reuse over and over again. A welcome and unique addition to my kitchen.

I like the pan and was excited to get it. The issue I have is the giant gash in the pan. I'm not happy about that; however the pan was good. I used butter and olive oil so i didn't have any issues with food sticking.
