A little over priced I feel, however good product, sturdy and hamster seems happy!

Firstly, be careful disconnecting them as these types of tubes are always fragile when pulling them apart due to the tough connector rings. Plan where you want them first, then connect them.They're great and do the job, I happen to have some pieces that connect different tubes together so I bought these to connect two cages together. My Dwarf Hamster is having the time of her life.

This product arrived very early, which was a nice surprise. They came already put together with handy instructions on the bag. The colors were very vibrant and there was no great difficulty in connecting them. However, my hamster does not fit in these tubes!!! I am so utterly disappointed, from the measurements shown they appear to be of an adequate size, this is a misinterpretation....They are WAY TOO SMALL, i can see no hamster (whether adult or baby) fitting through them, maybe mice of small/average sizes but NO HAMSTERS etc. This is clearly a false advertisement because they state suitable for hamsters, they are not! I thought before they arrived that they were a little over-priced aswell, but considering the apparent quality i was willing to look past this, but they are not as big as they were made out to be and definitely not suitable for hamsters, which makes me very upset! I see no point in trying to return them as i have opened the packaging and it is a huge hassle. My only option now is to try and sell them (at a loss which will be very difficult. I feel with this product like me and my hamster have been cheated, me out of a fair amount of money and Nibbles out of a fun time. Not happy :(

Difficult to keep clean, they leak urine onto the surface theyre stood on, difficult to take apart, several tunes were broken on the ends when they arrived but was forced to keep them and make do as the assistant I spoke to wanted to make me pay to return them 🤷‍♀️In all very expensive and not worth the money

This is great. We have 2 Gerbils in one of those double decker cages where its a plastic aquarium on the bottom and an actual cage on top.We have bought a few packs of these tunnels as we like to get creative and make a number of passages, junctions etc.When we first put them in or reposition them around the cage, the Gerbils go crazy running through them and seem to love it!I would say make sure you get a few packs as the Gerbils will chew through them eventually. Great fun for all parties!

Really good for expanding the tunnels

I bought these for my dwarf hamster and have buried some under carefresh so that he can burrow "underground" like a wild hamster. He started using them the first day, and seems to like running through them. They can be a little fiddly to put together or pull apart, but otherwise I can't complain as they are very well made. My hamster is a winter white russian dwarf, and fits through them fine. I would recommend them for similar sized hamsters, mice or gerbils, but not syrian hamsters as they could get stuck.

I brought these for my mice and they loved it!I would advise to buy two packs as it only comes with one end piece if you want to set it up for them to climb outside of the cage and not squeeze past each other in the tubes...also wouldn't recommend these for hamsters or gerbils as my mice just fit in the tubes.
